- YYYuAug 1, 20265.0I have lived here for one year, and I would say it is one of the best apartments in the Far West area for UT graduate students seeking a quiet and safe place to live. The leasing office staff are incredibly kind, responsive, and responsible, which makes a huge difference in the general living experience. The property is clean and well maintained, and the residents are friendly. The shared laundry room is also spacious and kept very clean. The apartments themselves are a bit older, but that's fairly common among properties in the Far West neighborhood. What really sets this community apart is the management team—they genuinely care about residents and are always helpful. In my opinion, having a reliable and supportive leasing office is one of the most important factors in enjoying where you live. Another big advantage is that this is one of the few apartments in Far West with controlled access. I've also heard that during the severe Texas winter storm in 2021, it was one of the few communities in the area that continued to have electricity and water, which says a lot about the property's infrastructure and management. The location is also convenient for students without a car like me. 661 bus stop is about a 3 minute walk away and provides 15-20 minutes access to the UT campus. You can also take 30 route to H-E-B or walk there in about 15 minutes. The price of a 1b1b apartment may not be as competitive as some nearby properties for students but the 2b2b units are relatively affordable and offer plenty of living space.

She is very responsive and compassionate. The maintenance crew is kind and quick. The neighbors are all nice!
