  Called in advance for the new pest control to show up but no one came, at night is hard to find parking some cars haven't move for days like the gold one in the back exit, I think it's stolen it don't have plates and some people don't know how to park and take up two parking spots. someone keeps leaving things by my door, broken glass that I'm not going to pick up because I'm diabetic and if I get cut it's bad. Someone left a plastic pot in front of my door that's broken, like why ? I'm having to spend money for a camera for my door to see who keeps doing this.i don't want trouble with my neighbor plus I haven't done anything to anyone, I legit just move in.I try calling the office but I guess their phone was down because of the weather, I also had my oven broken called them but they haven't updated me on how long it will take to fix, I can't bake anything. Overall I like the apartment just wished they would fix the parking and don't take long on maintenance and fix the prest control problem. I don't like that I have to call every time I want them. I just want them to automatically come every two weeks to get rid of pest

  No recomiendo este lugar Cuando estaba Raquel todo iba muy bien porque siempre cualquier inconveniente lo solucionaba rápido pero la manager que está ahora nunca quiere atender a los residentes y nunca soluciona nada En este lugar nunca hay estacionamiento y hay muchas avispas Estos dos carros además de que no hay estacionamiento llevan ahí más de 4 o 5 meses sin moverse, no sé si están pagando por ello ya que la manager nunca tomó en cuenta esto

  I am regretting signing here. I am service industry and get home late at night and there are no parking spots. I will circle the lot over and over. Ive gotten towed but its cool if people take up multiple spots I guess or park illegally. Management doesnt seem to care that a bunch of people are illegally living here which is why there are no spots. they have admitted to knowing about how many people will be living in one apartment. It would be a great apartment if my car wasnt constantly dinged because spots are so small and I wasnt towed!

  Unfortunately, my experience living here has been very disappointing. The rent amount keeps changing, and maintenance issues are not properly addressed. The water bill is also extremely high, supposedly because of “issues” or leaks, but nothing seems to be resolved, and it feels like residents are simply being charged more. The parking situation is also terrible. The parking service is poorly managed, and dealing with parking-related issues is frustrating. Another major problem is the lack of follow-up on maintenance and other reports. Packages are removed from the lockers by the office, but then they are not properly delivered to the residents. The office staff provides very poor customer service, and the manager is rarely available or willing to address residents’ concerns. Emails often go unanswered as well. Overall, the communication, maintenance, parking, and customer service need significant improvement. I would not recommend living here based on my experience.

  The parking is horrible here. They gave some lady a reserved parking space for her being a “disabled” veteran. Not that I’m against veterans but this lady is not disabled at all. She doesn’t even have a handicap sticker, if she truly was disabled I’m pretty sure she would've been issued a handicap sticker and be parking in the handicap spot. If she was actually disabled, that would’ve been completely different. Also, there’s a married couple and the husband works for the apartment complex as a maintenance employee I believe. I’m not sure if the wife also works for the apartment as-well but they both live here and they use up two garages making it unfair for the rest of the people renting here. This place isn’t totally horrible but they definitely can be unfair to the residents sometimes.
