This place blows. Their rentals are so much worse in person. They have emailed me 30 times after ive already said im not moving there and chose to go with another apartment complex. They still are blowing up my inbox. DO NOT REACH OUT TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

Extremely poor transparency on rent control and income restrictions
I submitted an application and paid the $300 ($50 application fee + $250 deposit) only to later discover that this complex is rent-controlled with income restrictions that were never disclosed in the listing (apartments.com) or during the application process.
Nowhere was this important eligibility requirement mentioned upfront. After applying, I learned I likely exceed the income limits. Had this been clearly advertised, I would not have wasted my time or money.
The lack of basic transparency is disappointing and feels misleading. Prospective tenants deserve to know critical qualification criteria before paying fees and deposits. I am currently requesting a full refund, but the entire experience has left a very poor impression.
Would not recommend until they improve their disclosure practices.

They would not let me see the apartment I would be leasing until after I signed. No parking spots available at 2pm during the week

Overall a very good experience during my lease here. I signed for 15 months, my building was kept clean, any maintenance issues were resolved quickly, and the staff was responsive and courteous.
There was some insects when I first moved in, but pest control was diligent and there any time I made a request and the office was proactive in resolving the issue until I no longer had an insect issue.
The units are nice and the pool was pretty well maintained. I had very little issues with the community except for parking availability. Neighbors were fine but having a loud neighbor is sometimes an issue no matter where you live i suppose. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments throughout the city and I needed one at a decent price when I signed for this one due to my financial situation and they were able to help me. But this property had an experience just as good as much more expensive properties I’ve lived at.
Sorry if this sounds boring but it’s because I only leave reviews if I felt the experience was worth sharing.
If I wasn’t moving out of state I would have likely renewed but overall a good pick if you’re looking for a good spot in the area.
