  I just moved into Henry Heights, and the team has been amazing! Amy, Erika, and Benny make an amazing team and have made me feel so welcome. Moving can be stressful, but their kindness, communication, and willingness to help have made the whole experience so much easier. I really appreciate everything they’ve done.

  LOVED the customer service here. Amy was so helpful in helping me figure out what floor plan worked best for me. I was super anxious as this being my first time on my own. I highly recommend Henry Heights!!! Thank you again Amy!!!

  I had a very positive experience with Henry Heights, especially thanks to Amy in the leasing office. She was incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and considerate of my family’s situation. She went above and beyond to support me during a challenging transition and made the entire process much smoother for my family, and I truly appreciate her understanding, patience, and support throughout the process. I also want to thank Beni from the maintenance team for his proactive help and assistance with issues in my apartment. He was responsive, helpful, and always willing to assist. I’m very grateful to both Amy and Beni for making my experience with Henry Heights much easier and more positive. Their professionalism and genuine care for residents really stood out.

  Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with. They will pacifify you with a subpar living space and then avoid you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

  Always new management that starts with false promises, the property has gone downhill over the years. When will the dog park get removed? it’s causing the whole complex to smell like feces and urine. Also, when will the back fence be painted and sprinklers get fixed? Why do we pay rent for a rundown complex. All of these things were supposed to be fixed a long time ago. Additionally, you have security issues and people don’t feel safe with the tenants you’re allowing to live here. I would feel ashamed.
