  I had an amazing tour with Estella! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. Her positive attitude and genuine care for helping me find the right home really stood out. The property was beautiful, and Estella made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for a leasing professional who truly goes above and beyond!

  My experience with the leasing staff at Davis Ranch Apartments was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During my second visit, I interacted with Celica and Angelica. From the moment I arrived, neither of them appeared welcoming. Their tone, facial expressions, and overall attitude made me feel as though my family and I were not wanted there. I had previously been quoted one rental price over the phone, but after driving to the property, I was given different pricing and different information about the available units. When I tried to understand why the pricing had changed, Celica abruptly told me she was “not going to go back and forth” with me. As someone who works in sales, I understand that respectful communication is essential, especially when helping potential customers make an important decision. I was simply asking reasonable questions about the pricing, and I did not expect to be spoken to in such a dismissive manner. I am a hardworking family man with two young children. My wife and I were looking forward to finding a safe place to live, but instead we left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Despite having no criminal history, and a strong rental history, my application was denied. While I understand that every property has its own approval criteria, the way we were treated throughout the process left me questioning whether all applicants are being treated consistently and fairly , the experience made me feel that we were not genuinely welcomed. I encourage anyone considering this property to request all pricing, qualification requirements, and approval criteria in writing before submitting an application or paying any fees. I also believe management should review the conduct of the leasing staff to ensure that every prospective resident is treated with professionalism, respect, consistency, and in accordance with fair housing laws. If anyone believes they have experienced housing discrimination, they may wish to contact the appropriate Fair Housing agency to discuss their situation.

  I am one of the first resident in the complex, but never had so bad experience before . Angelica was so rude with me , when I requested for to speak with regional manager , she didn’t provided to me any information.

  Si estás buscando apartamento, este es el lugar correcto la amabilidad de Angelica, te ayudará a decidirte, te atiende con amabilidad y empatía te muestra todas las opciones que puedes tener y te ayuda mucho en todo el trámite que suele ser difícil. Te recomiendo a Angelica Quiñónez 🫶🏻

  I just wanted to send a quick note to say how incredibly helpful Franklin from the maintenance team was today! He totally came to the rescue and quickly got the problem I was experiencing all sorted out for me. He communicates very well and explains what the issue was. I Really appreciate him going the extra mile! I would like to ONLY request Franklin if I ever have an issue. He’s a great guy to have on the team. Front office staff is very helpful and outgoing.
