  Es un lugar “TRANQUILO” el único problema son los INQUILINOS QUE NO RESPETAN LAS REGLAS, solo espero que las de administración hagan algo porque es fastidioso que uno tenga que ir a tocarle la puerta a tu vecino, o dejarle una nota para tener que pedirle el favor que no haga demasiado ruido en las noches, aun cuando YA DEBE SABER LAS REGLAS DE LOS APARTAMENTOS, en el edificio 100 que está frente a la alberca SEGUNDA PLANTA no se puede descansar cuando uno llega de trabajar, desde las 5:30am de la mañana se escucha como caminan arriba horrible golpeando muy fuerte el piso, es demasiado el ruido, en la noche ni se diga, se escucha que hay un niño patinando por todo el apartamento, teniendo un patio AMPLIO afuera como para ponerse a patinar adentro y en la noche cuando uno lo que quiere es ver una película tranquilamente o DORMIR y no se puede

  I honestly don't know bout it my son was seeking for a place and he chose this one it appears to be nice and quiet, I like it especially the bathroom

  I recently toured with Trilby and had a great experience! I was surprised by how clean the community was and the size of the apartments. Trilby was extremely helpful and answered all my questions! I’m excited to apply at Davies Ranch in the near future!

  Angelica was an angel! She is very sweet, funny, caring, and responsive. The whole move in process was made so easy because of her! The property is great and the experience was awesome! Would for sure recommend!

  This is the first place I’ve ever lived that I hated to leave and would consider moving back to, if I ever lived in the area again. Highlights: - Maintenance was responsive, polite, helpful and quick. - It is very clear that the staff works very hard to keep the property & landscaping in beautiful conditions! There was always nice, well-maintained grass throughout the property. They regularly mulched and maintained the plants & trees. I also noticed that maintenance was out nearly every morning with a 5 gallon bucket and a grabber, picking up trash. Whenever a railing or sidewalk was damaged, they actually bothered to get it fixed. This was never really something I noticed or cared about at any other apartment I’d lived at but I saw that their efforts paid off and I really grew to appreciate how well-kept it always looked! - I felt relatively safe (“relatively” just because it is in a larger city & car break-ins/crime did occasionally happen - but this is unavoidable to an extent and the staff was diligent about sending cautionary emails to residents when safety concerns arose). - They had a great variety of amenities - we didn’t really use the pool but we used the car wash station & dog wash station. Both were fun little bonuses! I also went to a few events the office held and especially appreciated when they had fun giveaways like a thanksgiving dinner catered by Bill Miller or a bag of treats & things for my dogs. They also offered recycling & composting stations, which I thought was neat! - They actually were pretty good about having poop bags at the dog waste stations! And they also emptied the waste on a regular basis. I know this kind of sounds like bare minimum behavior but I don’t think this is prioritized everywhere and it makes a difference for us pet owners! - Property as a whole was largely quiet & peaceful & there was not a ton of noise that could be heard through the walls (there was some but I feel it was an expected/tolerable amount for an apartment). - There was almost always parking available very close to the unit - I liked the look of the units - the granite countertops & stainless steel appliances looked updated & clean. I also loved the tall ceilings and layout! The rooms, living area, closets, and even bathrooms had plenty of room and felt spacious! - The gas heating meant we NEVER ran out of hot water and it was one of the things I was afraid I’d miss most. Also, the AC always worked exceptionally well - we literally had visitors comment on how cold it could get and we never once had to call maintenance to get it repaired in 3 years of living there! - Fiber internet was available and almost never went down. I worked from home so this was super important for me! - And my final and possibly most favorite thing about living here was that our rent went DOWN every year we stayed here. I know it probably doesn’t work that way every year or even for every unit, depending on demand and other factors but the fact that they did this on TOP of being excellent in other areas made me feel like they were honest and was really just the icing on the cake! I would have written this while I was living there but I feel like moving out is the true test and the Davies Ranch staff did not disappoint! They were completely fair on the charges on my final statement of account and sent it over promptly. Again - I know that may sound like bare minimum behavior but I’ve lived in a few complexes and this is the first time I can honestly say that a place was both fair and prompt in that part of the process! I only moved out to be closer to family but this place was hard to give up. After a terrible experience at my last complex, I did a lot of research & touring before landing on this place and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. If you're looking for a place to live, I would highly recommend Davies Ranch!
