  If you’re planning to move here please don’t do it I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this apartment complex they change management every often some of the people in the office have been really rude unprofessional and unhelpful they state that they give you some weeks for free when you first move in and it’s a lie me and my family tried to make them respect that deal but they just simply told us that they requested the discount but it never showed up on our monthly payment on top of that I’ve had many issues with maintenance on this apartment on my first bathroom we can’t change the temperature of the shower and the vent on top of the toilet has been leaking water I’ve put multiple reports before and they don’t do anything the bathtub in my second bathroom doesn’t flush the water properly it’s been like that for two weeks me and my family have called the office we even been going in person to tell them but this hasn’t been fixed we have to shower in other places because we can’t use our restrooms at all and they don’t care overall I’m very sick of living here there’s rats too I hear them in the walls and I have the worst neighbors ever they play music all night. The way maintenance issues and residents are treated needs significant improvement. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone.

  This review is particularly to management and apartment staff concerning the leasing & application process. Cascade Apartments made my first, ever entire move-in process quick, easy, and genuinely enjoyable! From the beginning, the staff was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. I was able to tour my unit the same day, and I was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. The application and leasing process was smooth and straightforward, which made the transition over so much less stressful and worthwhile. I’m officially a new resident here, and I am SO stoked to call Cascade Apartments home! I also would like to give a special shoutout to Yahir! He was absolutely amazing throughout my application process. He is so bubbly, kind, sweet, and genuinely made me feel welcomed from the very beginning. Yahir was helpful, patient, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell Yahir really cares about creating a positive experience for prospective residents. Cascade is lucky to have someone like Yahir on their team! Thank you so much, Yahir for everything!

  Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very unpleasant experience at these apartments. The manager in charge was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, she had a very unpleasant attitude and spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a potential resident this way. The person in charge of an apartment community should make people feel welcomed and respected, not intimidated or uncomfortable. Based on the way I was treated, I would not feel comfortable living here and I definitely would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Management should seriously address the way potential residents are treated by the person in charge.
