  This complex does not value tenants at all. The lack of accountability, transparency, and care is absolutely horrific. Don't believe the positive reviews at all—And don't believe that management is actually making an effort to solve these issues. I cannot wait to leave.

  Stay away from this apartments !!! They be telling you a price when they want you to move in and say a different price when is time to sign the lease, also if you refer anyone for $750 they will find a way for them to not end up giving you the credit my sister refer me and just bc she forgot to put my name on the 2nd lease they made her sign bc they were trying to change the price they agreed on like they also did with me, the supervisor just says oh well you forgot to put her name yet my sister did mention my name and on the first application that they messed up! Theirs rats all over the building, horrible dangerous ppl who move in, roaches all over the building and they pretty much trick people with discounts and whatnot! Will be breaking my lease and moving in else where ASAP! And the pools are never open lol! Not worth it stay!! Away my sister will be breaking her lease too !

  Rats rats and more rats if you love living with rats this is the best place to be! And they steal from you while the enter your apartment for work orders and when you mention rats they act like they have no idea how they got there! My neighbor had one the size of a possum fall through his ceiling oh and if you don’t see them in your apartment go outside when the trash is waiting to be picked up that’s when they’re enjoying their feast

  Do not rent here for your own safety!. I have been living here since September 12, 2025 and oh my god. When I was supposed to move in the 1st of the month in September, the management agent told me that it would be impossible for me to move in the same day since the current tenants were refusing to leave. I then waited multiple days and finally got to see my apartment, and let me tell you it was a mess , the microwave door handle was on its last straw and till this day it still is , per the management agent we would get a new microwave supposedly but guess what, they never changed anything in the apartment. In April my AC went out and I was given 2 window AC’s which didn’t help at all due to the extreme heat wave. I was going in and out of the leasing office for 3-4 times a week and every time I’d go inside of the office it would be different people and management and all they would say whenever I mentioned my unit AC was “ I will tell maintenance to go to your unit” and they never came , not until I called 311 2 months later, and they inspected the whole unit and the 311 code enforcement officer let me know that there were multiple violations in the department and then that’s when I got everything fixed including my AC because I called 311. Prior to this per a leasing agent which is not on the office anymore let me know that they had fired a maintenance worker due to them slacking off on the job and being found sleeping in a vacant unit. I am now facing the problem of rodents inside the walls where u can hear them whimpering and walking in the walls, 2 weeks ago I saw this huge rat in person, because of this I’ve had to close the whole where they come from with clothes and other heavy stuff. I again called 311 and the officer came out and let me know they would pass the report to the front office, but the leasing office then sent an email where pest control would be on site “apparently” but the day came by and pest control never came. Leasing office and management are a joke y’all. The water gets shut off every week and when they send an email to residents in regards to the water being shut off , they only let residents know 20-30 minutes prior to the water shutting off. These apartments may seem affordable and all of that but they aren’t, I can’t wait till my lease ends in December so I can leave out of these crappy apartments. Please for your safety of yourself, elders and children do not rent here, during my time here there is a couple of people that are always fighting and cops are constantly being called as well as a lot of drug dealers here.
