  I have lived here for about a year now and have loved my experience with the staff. The front desk is so helpful, the backend staff goes above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome. As for maintenance, I have had great experiences with Gabriel and Justin. They not only fix my tickets in a timely matter, they also will explain any troubleshooting I can do inhouse. I am learning while living here and I love it. Thank you to all the staff.

  The maintenance team deserves a shoutout. Every work order I've submitted has been completed quickly, and the technicians are always professional and respectful when entering my home. Great service all around.

  Moved in about 6 months ago. Place was clean, no trash in the landscaping, well maintained. Since that time, the property has become trashed and infested with bugs. The office doesnt really take care of service calls and nobody cleans the property. I cant wait for my lease to end so I can move away from here. The apartments next door are MUCH CLEANER AND NICER.

  I signed my lease on Thursday for what I was told was a move in ready apartment. I had to complain 3 separate days just to get someone out here that could get an entry door to lock. The washing machine doesn't work. The AC doesnt cool the apartment. The laundry room door cant open all the way because of how they left the appliances. The walls have drywall damage and I was told thats "normal wear and tear" and doesnt need to be fixed. The light fixture in the 2nd bathroom has rust on it and I was told "its not broken so we cant replace it." Not to mention the 7-10 giant flies in here when I got my keys and the fact it wasnt cleaned properly. I have spoken to two different people at the office, one of which told me she would either get the cleaning lady out here yesterday or come clean the dead flies herself. Imagine my unsurprise when I came to actually move in today and they were still there. Ill be back at the office tomorrow as soon as they open. And update this review if they decide to take me seriously on any of my many concerns. Never in my life experienced people who smile and sell so well and then cant deliver on any promise.
