  Several HVAC and Electrical issues per year. Nobody is available to fix anything after 5pm. The emergency lines are a joke. They just dump you on an AI chatbot and do not respond with a real person. Do NOT recommend if you work from home.

  ⭐ (1 star) I applied here in December 2025 and was told my refund would be processed. It is now the end of July 2026 — more than seven months later — and I still have not received my money. I was told the check was issued, then that it was returned and would be reissued for pickup, and since then I've heard nothing despite following up. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. If you're considering applying, be aware that getting your refund back may be a long and difficult process. I hope management will finally take accountability and resolve this.

  I had such a great experience touring The Bridge at Windsor Park! Luz was kind enough to tour me on behalf of another agent who was out, and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was welcoming, informative, and made me feel really comfortable while showing me around the property. The atmosphere of the community was peaceful, clean, and honestly felt like somewhere I could truly call home. The amenities and overall vibe were beautiful, but the unit itself was to die for very modern, spacious, and so well designed. I could instantly picture myself living there. Thank you again to Luz for making the experience feel personal and enjoyable. Definitely one of my favorite tours I’ve had!

  I signed a lease for this apartment. Canceled it a week later since I found a better place and have been trying to receive my $500 security deposit refund for the past 6 months. I’ve reached out multiple times and they forget to send it out or misspelled my address even though they reached out to confirm over email. Now I told them to just send it over to their own leasing office and I will go and pick it up myself. Been waiting 35 days since they confirmed they were creating the request and no one knows what’s going on.

  Cleveland was very helpful in the leasing process. Nice, modern apartments.
