  i love the location of these apartments! so close to everything i need and what will be my new work place. i have been in to tour a few times while in town which i know can be annoying for the staff but they were very helpful each time. im moving from out of state so it was very helpful for me. the leasing agents Caleb and Emerie both helped me and it was always a positive interaction. i even toured with one of the managers on my visit and was very pleased with her as well - didnt catch her name :/ the community is beautiful and it being brand new sure helps!

  I have lived here for a few months, and the experience has been great largely because of the manager, Kelsey. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it gets handled within 24 hours. Kelsey is always approachable, communicates updates clearly, and treats every resident with respect while keeping the property clean and organized.

  I’ve been living at Saffron for a couple months now and I have to shout out the amazing Office & Maintenance Team. They always answer my questions promptly and I barely have service requests, but the 1 time I did the issue was fixed the next day! Would seriously give this place 10 stars if I could. (Shout out Kelsey!)

  I recently toured here with Caleb and from the moment i walked in I knew this was the property for me. He was very helpful and answered all the questions I had during the tour and after I signed the lease as well. I would definitely recommend touring with him and I can’t wait to move in to my new place!
