  Communication is Horrible . Good luck trying to get clear direction on how to apply or how does the application process goes. No follow up after tour, no replies to emails, and no willingness to help you find the ideal apartment.

  Hasta hoy 02/05/26 todo ha estado muy bien, apartamentos nuevos, ya que la residencia es de 2023 y los tienen muy bien cuidados, acabados de lujo, baño grande y hermoso, cocina grande y hermosa . Tuve algunos inconvenientes al mudarme, pero fueron muy diligentes y se resolvieron rápidamente, desde la oficina Karla Ochoa es muy atenta y amigable, es bilingüe, por lo que está abierta a ayudar a la comunidad latina que no habla mucho inglés, la otra chica no habla español, pero también es muy amigable, ¡no sé su nombre, pero quería expresarlo! Me encanta vivir aquí.   I had the pleasure of working with Kyera in relocating back to Austin and she made the experience so seamless! The apartments are spacious, location is great, and I’m overall happy with my decision! :)

  I fell in love with this community the moment I saw it , Everything looks brand new and spacious enough, Kyy’era Kendrick Was very professional and spontaneous she made the whole process fast and easy I move into my apartment just at the exact time I wanted. I highly recommend Bridge at Delco Flats.
