RODENTS, MULTIPLE WATER LEAKS, MOLD. DO NOT LEASE HERE! My girlfriend and I have been tenants here for about 1 year now. Despite being brand new homes, they are plagued with issues. We have dealt with electrical issues; a rodent infestation caused by the builder leaving holes in the floor slab and wall; and multiple water leaks in the wall, floor, and ceiling. The leasing company has fixed some and "band-aided" others over the past several months, with assurances of some issues being fixed even though they were only covered with new drywall just to eventually cause growth. We are now 12 months into their 16-month lease and are now forced to pursue legal options as they are "refusing our lease termination" that we have submitted due to health concerns caused by the bacterial growth and ongoing water leaks.

Yazari was wonderful! She provides information in great detail, communicates effectively, and is super friendly. Her great responsiveness and thoroughness to address all our of question during our leasing process made total difference! We felt really welcome in our new home, especially after the thoughtful home welcome kit the leasing team left for us. We are excited to start building special memories in Easton Park.

I had the best experience with Sarah! She was so helpful and took the time to show us all of the beautiful amenities and different floor plans. She made the entire experience so enjoyable. Thank you again, Sarah!

This is an amazing place to live! The maintenance team is extremely quick and friendly, and the leasing team is awesome as well. I would have resigned my lease if I was staying in south Austin for sure.
