  Haven was super helpful throughout the touring/application process. I called/emailed a lot with random questions and always got prompt response and updates which I appreciated a lot.

  The apartments are nice but there are a couple of things that make living here just a lil more frustrating than it should be. The Zentra app sucks it’s inconvenient that you have to be so close to the door in order to unlock it for a guest, and I still can’t open the garage from my phone. The keypad entry is also overly complicated, and the courtyard door rarely works even with the correct code. The dog park is very sad it’s mostly tree branches with a lil patch of grass and many residents walk their dogs off leash. The hallways arent being looked after they are often covered in bugs, dirty and sometimes smell like garbage because valet trash isn’t always picked up consistently. The biggest issue in my apartment is that every time I use the microwave for more than about 30 seconds, the breaker trips and I have to reset it at the electrical panel. Overall, it’s not a bad place to live, but these issues keep it from being a better experience.

  Had a wonderful visit to The Augustine both from a community and team perspective. Isabella set up an appointment and Haven followed through - on time and without rush - providing me all the information I needed about the property. It's only two months old and the apartment homes are well-finished, the amenities are pleasant, and the leasing costs affordable. It is convenient to activities and shopping in the South Austin/Slaughter area of town as well. Thanks, folks, for a great visit!
