We live in Crescent Bluff in Georgetown and haven’t heard anything from our HOA. No welcome packet for over 4 months, no access to our pool, no customer service that has given us any guidance. We had to get our HOA account number from outside sources. This company does not care at all about customer service whatsoever. Outdated phone numbers and no follow up no matter how many service requests are put in through phone or the app. Terrible.

We bought a commercial condo in March for which Associa is the property manager. After weeks of trying to get a hold of someone to get our account set up, I was finally able to reach our community manager Krista. We had a pretty urgent situation where we could not obtain a Certificate of Occupancy in order to use our new space. The reason for that was an out of date fire alarm inspection which is the responsibility of the management company. It took 2 weeks to get that cleared, during which time we could not do anything with our newly acquired space.
Further, every email or phone call would go unanswered until a follow up was made by me. Shortly after we obtained our CO, I noted water intrusion into our space as a result of improper drainage and grading around the building. Again, the responsibility of the management company. After submitting a claim I heard nothing. I called and Krista told me someone went out and she didn't hear anything else so she thought it was fixed. It wasn't, nothing had been done. On one occasion, I emailed just to verify our account number to register for their online platform and it took 2 weeks to get a response.
On May 8th, I emailed Krista's supervisor, Toni, detailing my complaints and requests for issues to be resolved and neither responded for 12 days. I specifically asked for an on site meeting to get to a resolution, and what I got in return 12 days later was an email saying their working on a price to submit to the board.
If you're looking for customer service, don't look here. It's dead. They couldn't care less about the client experience.

I've been trying to contact them for a month now.. I wish they would reply to their emails as fast as they add fines.

Worst HOA management company ever! If you are a homeowner association (hoa) looking for a management company, run as fast as you can from Associa Hill! They currently represent the Spanish Oaks subdivision and they are tyrannical! They silence the voices of the homeowners, they do not follow the law (Texas Residential Homeowners Act), they impose excessive fees and fines, most of which are illegal, and they have no accountability in regard to financial recording and reporting. We just had an annual meeting yesterday and Miriam cut off the Zoom, not allowing each homeowner their time to speak (3 minutes each) because she felt “attacked” when several homeowners asked why the financial records weren’t adding up. She did not know the law and just how far the powers of a management company extend. The management company is supposed to work FOR the homeowners, not the other way around. Membership is mandatory! So, they force us to be in it, then abuse their power! Our current board member was elected in 2021 for a two-year term and is still sitting on the board, even though she has never been re-elected, which the law states must take place. When that was brought into question, the homeowners were silenced.
Before Miriam took over, Charmaine was running a muck! There were board members who were also the contractors and maintenance people, getting paid! These corporations really do act like they’re above the law and when the homeowners question where our money is going, and why all we have in our neighborhood is a run down park, we are ostracized and made to feel like we should just shut up and take it!
Most board members get a little taste of “power” and begin looking out for the interests of Associa Hill, rather than fighting on behalf of the homeowners. That is the current state of our HOA in Spanish Oaks, Killeen.
These board members are aware of the missing financials, the back hand deals, misappropriation of funds, and excessive fines being put on their neighbors and they do nothing! They are more concerned with complaining about how tough a job it is, not realizing that if Associa Hill was maintaining accurate records, the job would be a breeze! The job is hard because several people are being dishonest! Steer clear of this “management” company! They will rob you and blame you for it!
