  So I’m gonna write another one of these to warn people some more about these non luxury apartments. So I’m not sure who’s calling these shots but they’re trying to turn ghetto into boujie. So now that they switched to this new trash collecting which is a waste of time because they expect people to live small lives or not be home at all. With this as their, “why we couldn’t pick up your stuff.” in this case it was cardboard that cannot be broken down and in our case recently when it is broken down they don’t collect it at all or drop trash and leave it so what was the point of this to begin with what are we paying for cause this third building doesn’t even have an elevator so what’s even the point. Again save your money go elsewhere cause not even that long ago they dumped trash all over the stairs and left it festering in the heat and it attracted all kinds of wasps and roaches. I’m not sure who’s making these changes but they should be fired. Again I don’t know what type of clientele they’re catering too cause they do not live here not where the hallways are stagnant with cigarettes on hot days when the air isn’t moving. It’s clear they have no intention of making this a luxury experience they just want the title to charge people more to live somewhere that’s still overrun with the homeless that run around the area. Makes sense why I see tons of people constantly coming in with Uhauls to flee this place. Before anyone comments or thinks we are just lazy my last place had a trash chute which was a much better alternative for a place that didn’t have an elevator to keep going up and down, there’s just a lot of “how can we milk these people of money and give them the bare minimum.

  Please don’t live here. Homeless people are all over the apartment and the gates are constantly broken. I lived here for roughly 3 years and it was a mess from the start. The staff changes every few months. The gym was the only nice thing and the pool was as well. Owners don’t clean up after their dogs and the court yard is always covered in trash/poop. First floor on building 2 had a cockroach problem, homeless people would come around late at night and try to gain entry to your unit. There’s other places in Austin that are worth the money. You will not feel safe here. Management also doesn’t care

  My mom leased an apartment here when they first opened up. If you read the reviews you’ll find majority of the bad reviews are from residents experiencing the same issues. Our cars were towed from there 3 times. Towing Cost almost 1k in fees. The reason why car was towed is bc car was parked in Electronic vehicle parking. Yes it shouldn’t have been parked there. But There’s literally no parking for residents. When we moved in management told us we could park outside the gate when there’s no other parking but that’s not realistic. There’s several hotels across the street that take those parkings. If you have children be prepared to be stuck out in the rain with no parking and being forced to park in the electrical vehicle parking due to no parking and have your vehicle towed. First week there the apartment was broken into by homeless people. Maintenance called the cops and essentially nothing was done. The homeless person ran into building 3 from building 2 and hid in the vacant apartments. APD said there was nothing they could do and management did nothing either. Kind of scary to think that your home could be broken into at any time by a homeless person. Even scarier to know that management doesn’t do anything about it. The quality of the amenities are ok, but the quality of the builder is horrible. The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbors conversations through the walls. Talk about lack of privacy!!!! More importantly every time it rains the apartment would have water leaking in from the roof. The builder who built this property really sucks!!! Management is trying to force my mom to pay for the damages from the rain. Her move out invoice has $300+ Fees for “painting” and they’re trying to say it’s her fault that the builder sucks and rain comes into the unit when it rains. My mom does apartment make readys for Tx State in San Marcos during the summers. This management company tried to say the unit wasn’t cleaned on move out but it was. The pictures they provided in the invoices statements upon move out doesn’t show anything as far as the unit needing to be cleaned and yet they’re still trying to charge $750+ in move out fees. Disputing the charges as we speak! Unless you want your car towed, homeless people breaking into your apartment, and to be blamed for damages caused by the builder I’d stay away from this property. Hey at least the location is great!
