- RCRJ CowanMay 15, 20181.0UNDER APRIL REALTY SERVICES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MY PROPERTY LOSS THE LAST SIX MONTHS ALONE IS OVER $12,000. From my experience after reviewing the time April Realty managed my property I feel and am certain they lack professionalism and very disheartening lack trust. Maintenance is extremely overpriced, and all done "in-house." I've come to realize after researching it would have been cheaper and better quality to have a 3rd party involved. An actual practice the majority of other management companies follow (including the new management company I recently chose). I feel April Realty has cut corners at my expense and they have not had my best interest in mind. I understand this is my opinion however I highly recommend reaching out to me I will be happy to discuss in great detail, timeline of events, with paperwork, photos, and an open honest discussion what has transpired while April Realty Services managed my property.
- AFapril fowlerNov 27, 20171.0I've lived here for fours years. This company has yet to replace the carpet, the blinds, or the fence despite the multiple requests that have been made over the years. To top things off my electric bill is anywhere from $450 to $600 a month and the representatives from the company keeps saying that there's nothing wrong with my air conditioning system. I recently got married and have bought a home. So glad to be out of this is ghetto property.
- AWA WDec 1, 20165.0Been renting from them for 5 years. Absolutely love them. Worked with me when I changed jobs and had a delay of income. Fixed any and every issue I have ever had with the house. Always in a super timely manner. The maintenance crew is amazing.

- SWSteven WarrenFeb 23, 20101.0Read the ones below! They are all true plus more! The people in the office are rude and ignorant about the paper work you fill out. Maintenance are nice people but take forever to get there. and again. They are not professional at all!
