  I represented buyers on a listing transaction where Javier was the listing agent. It was an amazing experience working with Javier to ensure that we moved this transaction to the closing table. We had several challenges pop-up along the way. Unforseen challenges are common in real estate transactions, but, how they are handled and resolved is usually what makes or breaks a deal. We were able to work through every situation with ease, and were able to ensure that both parties were happy with the results.

  Keri was super helpful and supportive during the entire process. From looking at house to talking to the mortgage company and figuring out closing costs. She found out who we needed to talk to during each step and offered guidance and expertise. They also have a moving truck for your move-in day that has alot of room for large appliances and furniture. Would definitely recommend Petersen to anyone wanting to buy their first home.

  Javier is fantastic, he has now helped us with two transactions, one buying and the other selling and was invaluable resource both times. Our first with him was buying from out of state and he went above and beyond to help ensure all went well with us not being able to be on the ground.
