  I was selling a home and waiting to buy another home and needed a place in the meantime. Kim was very helpful and this place seemed awesome. I was going to move here but luckily I found a house and closed just in time!

  I have lived the apartment life for 10 plus years and I will say this has been an overall great experience. Mylisa was helpful and honest with the apartments and even though the apartments are older, I could tell they done a great job maintaining the grounds and the apartment themselves. The maintenance team is also the best response skills and effort I have seen of the 7 plus apartment places I’ve been. Only disagreement I had was the mother company made a policy of not placing salt when we had an ice storm that made it dangerous. Again I would stayed here longer if I didn’t have some life events taking me elsewhere.

  Yo ise el money orders del pago de mi renta el dia 3 pero salgo a las 6 pm de mi trabajo y la oficina esta cerrada y no tengo donde dejar lo cuando se le entrego me dijo que tengo Que pagar 152 dolares de recargo y eso es muy injusto lo entregue el martes y dijo que porque no lo ponia por debajo de la puerta y eso no es seguro quien me garantiza esa seguridad yo lo entrego personal y hago esta reseña para que no les pase y la renta no es un precio fijo todos los meses es diferente siempre mas

  Súper pésimo no le recomiendo estos apartamentos a nadie . Están llenos de cucarachas e insectos . El agua es demasiada cara aunque no la consumas viene con precios abusivos . Me chocaron 2 veces el carro bien parqueado y cuando hiba a reclamar no había cámaras de seguridad . Una pésima atención cada vez que vas a reclamar . Mi contrato se vencía al mes lo pagué hasta el último día avisé un mes antes y me dijeron que era 60 días haciéndome pagar un mes más . Después que se venció mi contrato lo pagué dejé mi dinero de mi depósito . Y a los 9 meses de salir de ese lugar me llama la gente de collection que debo pagar 500 dólares . Si cada habitante resiste vivir hay creo que deberían ser un poco humanos y entender a la gente y aquí no te entienden nunca al contrario . Así que no le recomiendo vivir hay no hay seguridad . Y buscarán la manera de sacarte el mínimo centavo .
