  Súper pésimo no le recomiendo estos apartamentos a nadie . Están llenos de cucarachas e insectos . El agua es demasiada cara aunque no la consumas viene con precios abusivos . Me chocaron 2 veces el carro bien parqueado y cuando hiba a reclamar no había cámaras de seguridad . Una pésima atención cada vez que vas a reclamar . Mi contrato se vencía al mes lo pagué hasta el último día avisé un mes antes y me dijeron que era 60 días haciéndome pagar un mes más . Después que se venció mi contrato lo pagué dejé mi dinero de mi depósito . Y a los 9 meses de salir de ese lugar me llama la gente de collection que debo pagar 500 dólares . Si cada habitante resiste vivir hay creo que deberían ser un poco humanos y entender a la gente y aquí no te entienden nunca al contrario . Así que no le recomiendo vivir hay no hay seguridad . Y buscarán la manera de sacarte el mínimo centavo .

  I had a great experience staying here for 1 year. The management is very helpful, especially Mylissa and Andrea are very kind and always staying on top of any issues.

  The buildings are a bit old but the management stays on top of any issues and are extremely friendly.

  Cuando llegamos a este condominio todo funcionaba perfecto ya vamos para casi 3 años y lamentablemente todo ha decaído, si algo se daña en el departamento hay que ir a la oficina mas de 1 vez para que ellos puedan tomarte en cuenta para alguna reparación hace mas de 4 dias reporte un bote de agua en el techo y solo dijeron ponga un balde para contener el agua mientras mandamos ayuda aun estoy esperando, la picsina es mas lo que dura cerrada y cobran mantenimientos y el porton principal siempre esta abierto dia y noche por que nunca funciona bien del todo. En dos oportunidades me han abierto el auto en una de ellas me partieron el vidrio y era gente de afuera que entra con facilidad por que el portón no cierra.

  Weed place neighbors smoke weed all the time the smell goes to the apartment connected through the venting system and since they smoke a lot really bad. I have been dealing with this issue for 3 to 4 months. The office says it's like the smell of food so there is nothing they can do. I am 8 weeks pregnant and I am so afraid. They won't let me break my lease or move me. Update I was called in the office on June 26/ 2026 I was told it was possible for me to transfer to another apartment that was ready and they have checked the eras for drug smokers and I wouldn't have that issues, but I have to update my review saying that they have worked hard to help me and fix the issue before I can even sign the transfer papers to the new address. I told them I want to move first then whatever comes to my heart I'll update the reviews. They did not let me sign the paper to transfer asking me if I prefer to stay under the smell then go on to say my review was not fair towards them because of an issue I'm having with a neighbor. So I am still under very strong use of drugs that the office is aware of knowing I am pregnant being exposed to very strong use of drugs that can affect babies development. Not doing anything about it. These people smoke the drug anytime of the day and night I sleep mostly in my car if I come back from work at 11 pm can't go in the house or if there is smell I'll go to bed but wake up 3 4 or 5 in the morning to drugs use God only knowing how long I have enhal it.
