  BEWARE OF TWENTYONE15 🚩 I applied and I specifically chose a first-floor unit. I was told the apartment would be available August 24th and that they could hold it for me for two weeks. I explained that I could move anytime between now and September 4th depending on the total move-in cost. If I applied for a specific unit, it should take it off the market Fast forward to August 24th I’m literally driving to the apartment when they call me and tell me that they had transferred someone from another community into the unit I applied for… and that person was actually moving into MY unit that same day. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Then they told me the next unit they could have available for me wouldn’t be until September 25th.! Honestly, I’m actually glad it happened because after looking at the reviews afterward, they are atrocious. I would have been extremely upset if I had already moved in and then started experiencing the issues people are describing.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shoutout to Jack Burgess from the maintenance team at 2115 Apartments! Around August 21st, my old AC unit finally gave out after years of temporary patches. Jack immediately recognized the issue and got to work on a replacement. To make sure we stayed completely comfortable in the Texas heat, he even set us up with a portable AC unit to keep the house cool during the installation.Jack is the definition of professionalism and craftsmanship. He truly cares about the residents, takes care of business, and doesn't just brush things off. He works incredibly hard and deserves the highest merit raise possible for his dedication. We are so grateful to have someone with his heart and skills looking after our community!

  Living at 21Fifteen Apartments has been the absolute worst housing experience of my entire life. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone under any circumstances. For three months, I had NO hot water — in the middle of winter. Then summer came, and my AC only worked for about a month or two before failing completely. My ceiling is sinking from leaks that were never fixed. The day after Thanksgiving, maintenance came to “fix” my toilet and left mud and water all over my bathroom floor. The entire building is infested. My downstairs neighbors had two cats, three dogs, and what felt like a million roaches, which eventually infested my apartment as well. The garbage pickup is inconsistent — sometimes the trash is collected, sometimes it isn’t, leaving the streets filled with garbage. Maintenance is a nightmare. You have to practically beg for help, and even then, the maintenance team has been switched out three different times, with no improvement in service or professionalism. Not to mention the pool hasn’t been open the entire time I lived here. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely mismanaged. Stay far away from 21Fifteen Apartments.

  if i could give 0 stars i would , living here as my first apartment has been nothing but hell and a multitude of maintenance issues . the office people are nice so it seems like they would be on it but the conditions they allow the apartments to be in are disgusting and seems like each month we stay here it breaks down and gets worse . for 1 there’s an absolute roach infestation even though we’ve continuously bombed the place (they charge for pest control monthly) , you can see they come from the various cracks and holes in the walls of the kitchen and have even made ways to the room , 2 fruit flies come out the drain like crazy when we don’t even have any food/fruit out , the drainage is constantly clogging and toilets never flush properly , for a month regardless of us putting in maintenance complaints our AC unit was broke cooking us in the heat , when they came to fix it they turned it off for a day in 100 weather degree , our mailbox is broken and we have to jam to get it open when complained about to the office they seemed to care but it never got fixed . now the most recent problem is there’s a terrible leak coming from the ac unit that has absolutely flooded my floor twice , the first time i went down to the office to complain because it went straight to voicemail despite nobody being there busy at the office , they said day 1 they would take care of it day 2 my hall is more flooded then even before . i honestly don’t care to break the lease here , always check reviews , this is not where you want to be .

  This place was HORRIBLE!!! Lived here for way too long. Roaches are everywhere because the management does nothing to repel the pests. The dumpsters have gone DAYS without being emptied by the city. It gets disgusting and overflows. The public laundry rooms are just as gross. $2.75 for a small wash and then again for a dry? You all are insane. There are so so many stray cats roaming around. In the nearly year and a half I’ve been here, not once has the pool been available for use. The playground area is covered in dog feces and there is yellow tape around the actual playground, last I checked. The only thing these people get right is hiring people to cut the grass on a regular schedule. Save yourselves the pain and don’t move in here. Did I mention there are ROACHES yet?
