  Honestly wish I looked at the reviews before coming here I’ve caught 4 rats all on my own i was transferred to a new unit witch was roach infested my front toilet floods the downstairs been a month and it’s still not fixed maintenance fees pest control fees they have some kinda weird program that automatically makes the tenant 60days late on utilities witch makes no sense at all it’s a lot that’s still not fixed in my apartment Andrew is really respectful and tries his best to help but if I’m paying rent I would want my home in tip top shape not having to email the manager every other week

  They have Rats & Roaches 0-10 I wouldn’t recommend these apartments I can’t wait until my lease is up ! They do nothing about the rats except put foam which rats eat through nothing to bare minimum to fix the problem I went out my way to buy everything myself to kill the rodents I have kids a baby that just turned 1 a 2 year old and 4 year old so I will be reporting to the higher up’s it isn’t safe for them . when requesting maintenance they will mark as done and don’t even come fix the problem maintenance men are very lazy they do what is convenient for them these apartments shouldn’t be able to rent as it goes against health and safety they also add fees that I wasn’t aware of resulting in me paying full rent when I was under the impression of a special

  when i first moved here the apartment was not clean painted and reeking roach spray. Its a time with maintenance getting orders done for a 18.00 maint fee. i have been invaded by roaches one was on my pillow while i was laying down ready for bed they are literally everywhere every room. I even saw a dead rat in an alley way for two days. I cant wait to move when my lease is up. I always paid my rent on time and yet treated as if i dont.

  I would give them a zero if I could the apartment was horrible and it was dirty and had roaches the roaches were getting in my stuff and in the food inside the fridge so I had to move out 2 days after because that is not a leaving condition for any one I have kids they can get sick and they won’t help me terminate my contract without hurting my credit or refund my deposit it’s not fair I had to pay 2 apt the lease they can do is let me go and take responsibility for their mistakes. How can they rent this nasty place the nerve to even trick people to thinking this is a home
