  The waste management company picks up the dumpsters at 3-4 am. They slam them down. It happens all the time. Unbelievable

  I just moved in the beginning of August. I chose these apartments for location because it’s closer to my job. I came in on a Saturday and I spoke with Jorge. Amazing! He is attentive, explained everything from the promotion to the way everything works on the property. Incredible. He was able to take me to view apartments and never was frustrated with my million and one questions. The process was seamless from the time that I applied to moving in he has been there every step of the way. He is very personable and has a joke or two. I’ve moved around from Dallas to Ft.Worth and out of the many leasing agents I’ve encountered, Jorge has made a lasting impression, and goes above and beyond to make sure your move in is an exceptional one.

  For the location is just very affordable, clean nice the staff is great, George, Hazel and Claudia, very glad and happy living in this community 🙏

  My tour of Summit Ridge was professional and informative. Jorge was knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and answered all of my questions while showing me the property’s amenities. The community was clean, organized, and welcoming, and I look forward to calling it home.

  The community is nice. We have had slight issues in the past with maintenance but have recently got a new maintenance guy. I believe his name is Jae. He was great when doing work in my apartment. Professional, kind and communicative. Definitely love the improvements.
