DO NOT LIVE HERE, EVER.
I have lived here since August of 2024, and still have a few months left on my lease. The day I moved in, the apartment was already a mess. Some doors didn't shut, some toilets were funky and would not flush right away, dead bugs on the floor, but this did not deter me.
What really got me is that from December of 2025 until April of 2026 I have dealt with flooding from the same bathroom every few weeks. Occasionally clear water, occasionally green murky water.
I would put in a maintenance request, they would come "fix" it, and it would flood again weeks later. In April of 2026, I told the front office that I am requesting some form of a rent adjustment, after I had come home to yet another flood. It was a health hazard I was living with. Ginnie Valdes, the community manager, has been nearly unreachable this entire time. I have shown up in person to the front office countless times, and she has not once been there. No one has ever answered my calls or responded to a voice mail. Apparently she is off working on another community. It takes her over a week to respond to my email, and if I don't go bug someone who is actually in the front office to text her about my email, I simply will not receive a response. I feel like the front office team is just ignoring me and hoping my issue will go away. I have been more than patient with them, but am out the point where I am out of options.
Attached is a lovely photo of what was dealt with. Fun fact: When this photo was taken this bathtub had randomly flooded on its own and filled with whatever this! Later that day the tub had drained itself. This means it is possible this wasn't the only time it has happened and that perhaps I have been using a filthy tub without knowing! Management seems to not care about this issues, so I don't think you should live here if you want a staff that cares or good living conditions.
