- KSKelly SingerMar 1, 20262.0First impressions are important to prospective future tenants. While I’m not a tenant , the following occurrence helped make my decision to not consider this place. I entered the office to obtain rental information. There were 3 other people present and a women behind the counter. A tenant entered asking about a parking spot assignment. The employee told him she was by herself and would not be able to take care of the request at that time. The tenant then stated he requested it 3 days ago. The employee told the tenant that she informed him the other day she would contact him when she had the parking info. The tenant replied back to the employee that she is always by herself and it was ridiculous to have to wait this long. He was not happy. I left, as this is a very negative experience for prospective tenants.
