  Do not rent with this group! If I could give zero stars I would! Our mistake not reading these reviews before choosing them. If you have any maintenance issues just for forget it! It took them 7+ months to have our broken down fence repaired. Our neighbors have big dogs and we have toddlers so it was a major concern and inconvenience. After months and months of texting asking for updates I finally called our property manager Rebecca Tijerina’s supervisor and magically it was fixed the next day. That shows that our property manager is LAZY and not professional like they claim in their company is. Now we need a shelf / closet repaired and Have not any heard anything in days even after following all of their protocols! We pay almost $2000 a month to live here and can’t have basic maintenance request full filled! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to rent or to allow them to be in charge of your rental property! I also have plenty other complaints! And will be taking a list to management soon and requesting a new property manager for the remainder of our lease.

  Excellent service. Maintenance was great and quick and owner was always helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

  They are FRAUDS !!!! Upon move out I made sure to let them know that I would like to be present at the move out inspection she said yes and gave me a time I had the carpets cleaned, I cleaned out the entire house with the help of a cleaning service. On the day of my move out I was unable to access the property as if they changed the locks and neither of my garage door openers where working which was weird because I was just there the day before I asked if they changed the locks MELISSA said no which was a lie and she scheduled for me to do the move out inspection with her another day when they day came I called asking her what time should we meet she then says oh my boss made me do the inspection the other day and I asked well why didn’t you call me so that I can be present while you’re inspecting so that they won’t charge me for anything extra she says I’m sorry I had to listen to my boss now after I’ve paid a 3000 deposit they charged me for sooooo much false things that’s it took the whole 3000 deposit … but no worries I have videos of the house in the condition it was in when I moved out and I have her recorded on my phone saying that I could be present during inspection so no worries I will be filing a suit against you all so be prepared!
