FIRST: I don’t see how ANY of you can work here and live with yourselves knowing you treat people this way. It’s immoral, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed with LIV+ and how they handled my referral bonus. Back in April, I referred someone to LIV+ who ultimately moved into my unit. I was specifically told that I would receive a $500 referral bonus for referring them. I did my part by finding someone to take my space, and I was under the impression that the $500 bonus would be honored as promised. Instead, I’ve been dealing with this issue for months. I’ve reached out and tried to get clarification, but the situation has been handled in a way that feels extremely deceptive and frustrating. If the referral requirements were different than what I was originally told, that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning not after the fact. It’s not just about the $500. It’s about honoring what you tell your residents and treating people fairly. I don’t think it’s morally okay to make a promise to a resident to encourage a referral and then make the process unnecessarily difficult when it’s time to fulfill that promise. I would strongly encourage anyone considering LIV+ to get everything in writing and make sure you fully understand the terms of any referral incentives before referring someone. Just document everything. My experience has left me feeling misled and very disappointed with how LIV+ handles its residents.

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in . First of all, the roach infestation was a nightmare. When we moved in, it was a lot everywhere and the Thursdays pest control didn’t even do anything, roaches were still everywhere and we had to buy roach repellent sprays to kill the roaches whenever they appear. Also, I paid for a reserved parking spot but whenever somebody else parks on my spot, I couldn’t do anything, only the manager can call to tow a vehicle. I emailed them multiple times, but they never resolved the issue. I had to buy a parking cone to put on my spot so no one will park there again. The elevator stopped working multiple times and it took them at least 3 weeks to a month to fix the elevator, which was very inconvenient since we were on the 4th floor. When I moved out, they sent me a final statement and I saw that me and my roommate have to pay $375 EACH for a loveseat due to pet damage. Fortunately, I have photos from when I moved in, that the loveseat was already damaged and the photos are attached here. The roach infested apartment trying to charge us $750 FOR A LOVESEAT? Hell no. And, there’s a $60 fee for the adhesive on the dresser. I’ve never used any adhesives on the drawer, all I placed there were blankets and towels, make it make sense.

Since moving in at the beginning of July, I experienced several issues with my apartment that unfortunately weren’t resolved until I spoke with Cassandra at the beginning of August. From my very first interaction with her, she was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely determined to help. She went above and beyond by personally bringing my concerns to management and making sure my issues were actually addressed rather than simply passing me along to someone else. What really stood out to me was how personable and attentive she was. She remembered both my friend’s and my names after just one interaction, which immediately made me feel seen and valued. She truly makes you feel like you’re talking to someone who cares about your experience rather than just someone doing their job. Now, whenever I have an issue, question, or concern, Cassandra is the first person I go to because I know she will listen and actually follow through. She is an absolute asset to the property and genuinely deserves recognition for the way she treats residents. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about helping people. Cassandra is the reason I’m giving 5 stars, and honestly, she deserves 10! She is amazing at what she does, and management is lucky to have someone like her on their team.

This place is deceiving, everything is honestly nice...untill you get your own room. When I moved in, it was nothing like the show room. Mine was dirty, my room, living room, and kitchen. Im in a 4 bedroom apt and 2 of the housemates had been here (renewed). Just because there was ppl already in the apt doesn't excuse the the maintenance and cleaning. I know this for a fact because I work in the cleaning field and clean move out apartments😂. The windows, baseboards, window blinds, trims, TV, walls, and vents should have been dusted. The walls need to be repainted from water marks. The floor should have been swept and mopped. Everything in my room wasn't cleaned... after I mopped, the mop head was dark...had to go over it multiple time. Shower head needs to be replaced or cleaned. My chair in the room, one wheel is broke. Missing the glass around the light in kitchen. The couch is tore up, and the smaller couch has stains everywhere, it just dirty and also tore up... And its funny to me because they tell you that its hard to move in early because maintenance and cleaning has to be done, but like what was actually done...honestly nothing. Yall there is so much wrong with the apartment complex. The fees make no sense, just overlly trying to steal from you. Like $300 extra to move in early when the move in date is in the middle of the month...??? Still charging you full price for half the month and then expect to pay the full again for the 1st. Then knowing school starts the next day... I've had so many problems before even moving in with the ppl over the phone. It was too late for me though. Soooo if your a student just go to The Arlie or Campus edge ngl or stay on campus.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the office manager, Karen. I was given incorrect information regarding my leasing agreement by multiple members of the leasing staff. When I brought the issue to Karen to get clarification and address the conflicting information I had been given, I felt that she was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. During the conversation, she raised her voice and became unprofessional, which I found completely inappropriate, especially when I was simply trying to resolve an issue regarding my lease. I believe residents deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect when they have questions or concerns about their housing. Being given conflicting information and then feeling dismissed when trying to get clarification made the situation especially frustrating. I do want to recognize Calvin, Josh, Abigail, John and Quay, who have been extremely helpful, professional, and kind whenever I have interacted with them. Their customer service has been a completely different experience, and I genuinely appreciate the way they have taken the time to help me. My negative experience was specifically with Karen and the way my concern was handled. I hope the office takes situations like this seriously and works toward better communication, accountability, and professionalism when addressing residents’ concerns.
