  Wouldn’t recommend living here long term. Cons: 1. The apartment you see during your tour with the pool view is completely different than the one you get when you sign your lease, which is probably why they don’t show you the other apartments and only 1 floor plan. 2. There’s roaches and bugs everywhere despite having a VERY CLEAN apartment area and roommates. I’ve talked to several people who live here as well and they’re dealing with the same issues as me. They claimed they hired new people to help with this issue but still having a major roach infestation even after putting in a work order to get it fixed. When you’re go on your tour ask the residents who actually live here about their experience. They’ll tell you the truth. 3. Cleanliness isn’t the best here. Especially in the garage and stairwells! Just check for yourself and go to the garage and look in the trash area on each level. There was flies and trash built up and falling out the door in the garage for weeks before they finally picked it up. 4. According to our lease their suppose to take out our trash between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Despite following the rules, there’s been several times the trash man doesn’t even come and you’re forced to take it out yourself. For example yesterday and the day before that nobody got our trash. Which is another reason the trash in the garage is extremely full. Pros: 1. Management is nice and maintenance is quick to fix issues. They also have decent amenities Hopefully this helps anyone looking to live here😊

  so i live here now i dont plan on renewing my lease at all!! First of yall i look at my portal it’s different every month like how did i go from playing 649$ to 830$ for a room ???? Ridiculous plus i have roaches they didnt come from me they were here when i moved in i told them about it they didnt do anything! This is literally the worst place to live !! I don’t recommend

  The leasing agent Cassandra assisted me with the tour of the property last Saturday. She was completely professional and thorough. She had a great personality and was very patient with me and answered all of my questions.

  I’ve been looking for a great place for my UTA freshman to live in the fall. We walked into Liv+ intending to view other apartments in the area afterward, but there was no need. Calvin greeted us with a smile immediately and made us feel right at home from the moment we entered. He took us on a leisurely tour allowing plenty of time for our dozens of questions- we never once felt rushed while viewing the property. Calvin answered knowledgeably and honestly about the community providing great information about amenities as well as the lifestyle and social events offered onsite. The units boast modern fixtures and plenty of space. A full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, and microwave is available in addition to a washer and dryer in the unit. The property is clean and well maintained with beautiful landscaping and several common areas such as study rooms and a small “store” for convenient snacks and drinks with 24/7 access. They also have all of the usual apartment amenities such as pool and hot tub as well as a gym and yoga room - and it smelled fresh and clean! Calvin made sure to point out all of the security features as well. There are multiple doors requiring keys of various types and security cameras, as well as 24/7 onsite maintenance and live-in staff. Once we made the decision to move forward with a lease, and this was not a difficult choice, Calvin allowed extra time for me to read through everything without making me feel a need to hurry and still answered every single question with a smile. He is genuinely a gift to this community and I am so glad we were able to work with him to secure a new home for my student today. Thank you so much for Calvin and his kind and patient soul!
