  I lived at this apartment from 2024 until my lease ended. Although it looked great when it was newly built, my experience got worse over time. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency. The advertised rent was never what we actually paid. Every month there were different extra charges (sewer, payment fees, etc.) that were never clearly explained before moving in. Management was also very unprofessional. We were fined for things like having trash bags on our balcony without ever receiving any emails or warnings about the rules. Other apartments I’ve lived in always notified residents before inspections, but this one didn’t. One staff member (Paige) banged on our door over a spilled drink in the clubhouse and immediately started scolding us without introducing herself or speaking respectfully. Another time, the water was shut off while I was in the middle of a shower. We never received the notification email, but instead of apologizing, management became defensive. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told I couldn’t and the call was ended. Parking was by far the worst part. Finding a parking spot at night was nearly impossible. Our vehicle was towed within minutes on move-in day while we were unloading because it wasn’t yet registered. Between my roommate and me, we spent around $1,600-$1,700 in towing fees. Guest parking also became paid, making it difficult to have visitors. The referral program was also poorly handled. I referred a friend, but management incorrectly told me my friend had changed the referral to someone else. After we both went to the office, they admitted it was their mistake but never apologized. The final disappointment was the move-out charges. We left the apartment in good condition with no unusual damage, yet we were charged around $1,600. Overall, the apartment looks modern, but that doesn’t make up for the hidden fees, rude management, poor communication, excessive towing, parking problems, and expensive move-out charges. I now live at another apartment nearby that is larger, more modern, less expensive, and much better managed. The difference is night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.

  I would not recommend living there. I had an ongoing roach problem. I had to request pest control almost weekly to come exterminate my apartment.The hallways were dirty, and roaches would be dead in the hall, the yard had dog poop every where to the point my dog picked up a parasite. Water leaked into my unit when there was heavy rainfall. Maintenance tried to use tape to fix the problem with the water leakage and it did not work. Maintenance also supposedly reported that I had an unoccupied guest in my home bc my mom was present every time they came to fix something. Which I felt like was very intrusive. So if you’re considering moving here.. don’t! Pay attention to the actual tenants reviews and not the ones praising the leasing agent.

  Stephanie made my experience at Lenox Cooper amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail without ever making me feel rushed. Apartment searching can be stressful, but she made the entire process feel smooth and comfortable. She was very professional, transparent about fees and policies, and always had a positive attitude. I really appreciated how responsive and reassuring she was throughout everything.

  I wanted to leave a review before my lease is up (sadly) but most of all give the recognition to the staff here- Paige Durden. She has always been so helpful with any of my needs and concerns. She is quick to respond and gets the issues you bring up to her attention quickly resolved! She’s informative and sweet. I love how she made me feel like a family and not just a tenant! I’ve lived here for 2 years now and can say I really enjoyed living here especially with it being my very first apartment!!! I’ve had the best experience 🫶🏻💖

  I toured 1 and 2 bedrooms.SHOUT OUT TO PAIGE.THE 3 STARS ARE FOR THE WONDERFUL TOUR AND BEAUTIFUL LAYOUT ON A3 FLOOR PLAN. I HOPE Y'ALL ARE READING THE RESIDENTS FEEDBACK!! EVERBODY CANT BE LYING ABOUT ROACHES,RODENTS,TRASH. THE REVIEWS SOUND LIKE A RENTERS NIGHTMARE!!! SMH I APPRECIATE THE WARNINGS FROM RESIDENTS THAT LIVE HERE!!! I SHO DON'T DO DOG POOP AND ALL THE ISSUES MENTIONED IN REVIEWS HERE.PROPERTY OWNERS GET A DIFFERENT PEST CONTROL, PICS OF ROACHES.SMH!!! BEAUTIFUL AINT GOOD ENOUGH,CLEAN MEANS A LOT.PAIGE MADE ME WANNA COME HERE, REVIEWS SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY OWNERS... NOW IT MAKES SENSE WHY A GUY CAME IN OFFICE EXPRESSING HOW HE IS MOVING.
