  Stephanie made my experience at Lenox Cooper amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail without ever making me feel rushed. Apartment searching can be stressful, but she made the entire process feel smooth and comfortable. She was very professional, transparent about fees and policies, and always had a positive attitude. I really appreciated how responsive and reassuring she was throughout everything.

  I wanted to leave a review before my lease is up (sadly) but most of all give the recognition to the staff here- Paige Durden. She has always been so helpful with any of my needs and concerns. She is quick to respond and gets the issues you bring up to her attention quickly resolved! She’s informative and sweet. I love how she made me feel like a family and not just a tenant! I’ve lived here for 2 years now and can say I really enjoyed living here especially with it being my very first apartment!!! I’ve had the best experience 🫶🏻💖

  I toured 1 and 2 bedrooms.SHOUT OUT TO PAIGE.THE 3 STARS ARE FOR THE WONDERFUL TOUR AND BEAUTIFUL LAYOUT ON A3 FLOOR PLAN. I HOPE Y'ALL ARE READING THE RESIDENTS FEEDBACK!! EVERBODY CANT BE LYING ABOUT ROACHES,RODENTS,TRASH. THE REVIEWS SOUND LIKE A RENTERS NIGHTMARE!!! SMH I APPRECIATE THE WARNINGS FROM RESIDENTS THAT LIVE HERE!!! I SHO DON'T DO DOG POOP AND ALL THE ISSUES MENTIONED IN REVIEWS HERE.PROPERTY OWNERS GET A DIFFERENT PEST CONTROL, PICS OF ROACHES.SMH!!! BEAUTIFUL AINT GOOD ENOUGH,CLEAN MEANS A LOT.PAIGE MADE ME WANNA COME HERE, REVIEWS SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY OWNERS... NOW IT MAKES SENSE WHY A GUY CAME IN OFFICE EXPRESSING HOW HE IS MOVING. HE HADN'T BEEN THERE LONG. I WONT BE MOVING HERE ... WHY WOULD I LEAVE PEACE TO COME TO HELLHOLE!!! RESIDENTS HERE FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! I AM FLABERGASED RIGHT NOW.YOUR HOME SHOULD BE CLEAN AND PEACEFUL!!!! I'M DONE, THESE Apartments are a DEFINITE NO,NO,AND NO AGAIN!!!   Stephanie and Paige are very professional, respectful, and always helpful. The apartments are always clean, well-maintained, and smell great. Maintenance is reliable and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. Whenever I need assistance, the team is easy to reach and always willing to help. I also love how they celebrate holidays and host events that keep residents involved and bring the community together. It really makes living here a great experience!💕

  I took a tour today and had a great experience. Stephanie was absolutely amazing—very friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also had the pleasure of meeting Marco, the head maintenance technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional, which really gave me confidence in how well the property is maintained. Because of the excellent service from both of them, I will be leasing my apartment here. Highly recommend!
