  For anyone who might be interested, the management is way out of line. These apartments are like a military barracks or an elementary school, where everyone has to follow a set schedule and wait in line for meals. Even the game room has specific entry times; if you work and finish at 6 pm, you can't enjoy it. Now I'm going there because my trash can broke, and with a completely nonchalant attitude, they tell me I have to pay $50 for it. How long will this go on with Ennova's management? They've gone too far. Here, every single resident pays for services and amenities that many of us don't even get to use.

  moved in at the beginning of june , haven’t even been here a full month and my car got towed from my paid reserved parking spot making me miss work with absolutely no reconciliation from the complex. complete denial of liability and i was told i have to take it up with the tow company. being forced to pay for a “reserved” spot just to be towed as well as over $50 a month for valet trash that only comes 20% of the time they're supposed to , very disappointed.

  Move in was fast and easy, apartments are newly built and I love that they care for the residents! They always have events to socialize and the front desk agents are awesome! Wonderful place to live, I haven’t had any issues and they are quick to help residents with any issues going on with the apartment. We had a broken dryer when we first moved in but they fixed it the next day which was quick!

  🏘️ To anyone curious about Ennova Highlands, here is my honest review: 🆕 This is a newly built property from early 2025, and you can tell a lot of attention was given to detail throughout the community. 👥 One of the biggest highlights is the management team. Kamyia, Phelan, Veronica, and the rest of the staff have all been fantastic. They are kind, professional, and helpful, and from my experience they do a good job staying on top of what happens in the community. 📝 After looking through some of the bad reviews, I personally feel that a number of them are overly hyperbolic. From what I have seen, management is respectful, responsive, and genuinely cares about the property and residents. 🔐 The safety of the complex is great, which adds a lot of peace of mind. The community is also very quiet, and everyone seems respectful. ❄️ The insulation is excellent. The rooms stay quiet, and even when it is hot outside, the units stay cool very well. Another big plus is that the air is not shared with neighboring units. Each unit brings in its own fresh air, and the system turns on automatically a couple of times per day. 🍽️ The kitchen is a full kitchen, which is fantastic for the value, and the bathroom is very pretty as well. Another feature I really like is the closet space between the bathroom and the bedroom. It is a great setup, and the shelving in the closet is something you rarely find in apartment construction. 💰 As for value, I would say the best-value option is the 750 sq. ft. apartment. 🚗 Parking options are currently $25 for an uncovered parking spot, $45 for a carport, $100 for a detached garage, and around $250 for an attached garage. 🛠️ The $100 detached garage is very spacious. You could easily set up shelving and still have plenty of room. You could even fit a workbench in there. I would estimate around 4.5 feet of extra storage/workspace after parking your car. 🚙 The attached garage, which is around $250, gives you about 7.5 feet of extra storage/workspace after parking your car, and both garage options can fit trucks. 🗑️ Valet trash runs Sunday through Thursday, and pickup usually happens around 9:00 to 10:00 PM. 📦 Packages are usually left at the front where they are secured for residents, and at times Amazon will deliver directly to your door. They are also planning to add an Amazon locker within the next couple of months, which should make things even more convenient. 🏊 The pool area in the back feels almost like a resort-style pool. There is no hot tub, but it is still a good-sized sports pool. 🛋️ As a heads-up, one reason I mention Nebraska Furniture Mart is because it can make furnishing your apartment extremely affordable. You can find a king bed frame for around $99, side tables for around $50, couches for around $150, and carpet for around $100. You can pretty much furnish everything for a very affordable price, and that can even include delivery and installation, which is a huge bonus. ⭐ Overall, the value here is fantastic. Ennova Highlands feels like a peaceful, safe, and well-built community with strong insulation, thoughtful design, excellent staff, and amenities.
