  If I could leave 0stars I would …. I’ve been in my apartment since JUNE of 2026 I have had nothing but problems after problems, they made it look decent enough to move into and couple days later my apartment turned into my worse nightmare 🤦🏾‍♀️ 1st problem some kids busted out my living room window they came to fix it and then put a $300 charge on my rental portal saying i was reliable…2nd encounter: a HUGE bubble was in my living room wall im thinking it’s dried sloppy paint until my son was playing and FELL THROUGH THE WALL it was wet paint that never dried YES I HAVE HOSPITAL DOCUMENTS.. they had to replace whole mildew wall 🤦🏾‍♀️ 3rd encounter: HUGE WATER BUGS coming inside my unit because my door doesn’t close properly 4th issue : they came in put new carpet because the first time they laid carpet down they left pin needles sticking up to where if we walked on the carpet we get poked constantly…5th : MY AIR WENT OUT its 108 degrees outside they brung a air vent that only cooled the living room and the next day they replaced some part & the same night i had to call fire department where the piece got overheated and blew up so i had to leave my unit with my 4 kids at 1am …they showed no sympathy and until THIS DAY we still sleeping in a unit that smells like heavily smoke and i have asthma i have hospital documents of being in the hospital for breathing issues (yes i have a lawyer) 6th issue : my washer flooded my unit TWICE and they order the part that had nothing to do with what was wrong with my washer ..(i had a professional come look) so they said they couldn’t fix it and took my washer and dryer out my unit while I wasn’t home and stole 2 loads of my clothes while doing it and didn’t care that they took my clothes they said its nothing they can do about it … I HAVE ASKED TWICE TO TRANSFER ME now im calling code compliance and getting my lawyer involved i have a paper trail of everything from emails to hospital documents NOW I HAVE TO FIND ME AND MY 4 kids another place to stay because of this trash complex .

  Not bad for the rent you pay... Worst thing is people parties in Pool untill midnight. Pay for services you don't use it need...
