Esmeralda was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable of the property and individual units. She didn’t even have the golf cart and was still willing to walk all the way to the model unit in the back for our tour. She helped me find an ideal unit that met my criteria. Awesome vibes from this place!

Pest problems in building 7, maintenance services is terrible, and the front office is terrible. Under management that’s over the front office don’t answer phone calls and don’t answer emails. I really hope the city of Arlington does something about these apartments. They have not inspected my apartment since this new management is here. I advise to ALL and I MEAN ALL do not move in because they causes headaches that you don’t want to deal with. I wish I can score a negative -15. They lost my trust in them.

I had an excellent experience working with Esmeralda! She was friendly, helpful, & professional throughout the entire leasing process. She clearly explained each step, promptly answered my questions without being condescending, helped me gather and complete the necessary paperwork, and kept me informed about what to expect next. Her organization and responsiveness made the process smooth and stress-free, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled properly. I truly appreciate her assistance and highly recommend her! 😊
