  I normally do not give reviews for apartment tours but this is an exception. Kudos to Damian for the wonderful tour! I walked in without an appointment and Damian stated that since there was no upcoming schedule tours he was willingly to give me a tour on 5/11/26. We toured the large 2/2 (which the smaller one was not available that I wanted) and when we first walked in I saw the dead roach on the window sill. I walked over, looked at it and said nothing. Damian said nothing so we continue to tour the apartment. I saw a little rust on the washer and dryer, the refrigerator was very cold, stove a little outdated but clean, there were no water stains on the ceiling (huge plus), spacious, 1st floor unit, (I felt it was a model but Damian stated that it was not) that it was available to lease, overall I like what I saw. (When we arrive back to the office he saw and stated the unit had been recently approved and leased. Too bad, I would have signed those papers immediately! What was so impressive to me about Damian was that he was very transparent, honest, made eye contact, did not try to rush me, did not seem uninterested and bored speaking with me as most leasing agents have done in the past 2 months on my quest to relocate to a new apartment. He asked me did I have any questions...u betcha, I had LOADS of questions from reading the reviews. DAMIAN answer every question without a stutter, hesitation or faltered in his answers, he proceeded to the drive me around the property explaining the parcel pickup, the guest and residential parking, the monthly fees which were very important to me, etc. Damian receives a five-star for his professional ethics alone, he did not try to explain that roach nor make any excuse for it's presence, if I didn't comment on it, he did not comment on it.. there was only 1 roach in that apartment and it was dead probably from extermination. Other reasons I'm giving 5 Stars to Damian is because he toured me without hesitation even though I had not made an appointment and he did not ASK me for a REVIEW like the other properties' agents have ask of me whom did not possess the level of professional qualities that Damian is obviously skilled. When we went back to the office, he sat down with me and calculated 3 different apartment units cost to (move-in, monthly, and the move-out fees) w/o me asking, suggested that I filled out an application because they were offering an admin special in which I did not. Damian did not pressure me at all on the offer. TOTALLY AWESOMENESS! BTW: I asked Damian for a business card and once I arrived home I looked at the card and realized Damian was the assistant property manager! WHOA! I have never ever had a manager or assistant property manager to tour me! They are usually snooty, unkind, with an attitude and not a positive one. So again, KUDOS to Damian. I still have up to 2 more months left to tour properties and make a decision but as of now Cobblestone of Arlington is number one. Thanks and appreciate you, Damian. Kimberly

  I paid my rent on the first, and I got hit with a late fee. The app that they used to Collect rent sucks. The money was already in their app and it took them four days before they pulled it. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.

  This is the most honest review ever. The manger Maria is a sweetheart I don’t know if I’m spelling her name right . It’s a quite community but it really depends on who live over the top and next to you. Roaches are so bad I seen more than 100 since living in this apartment. Things are not put up right maintenance half way fix stuff. I literally feel if you not use to living with bugs stay away. This is why I had to get my things out and move. I’m suppose to be moving towards the end of May and honestly it might be sooner because these roaches are just to bad. I hear from my neighbors telling me how disappointed they are from roaches and the sad part they make you sign these long lease agreements to be stuck like chuck. Roaches are nasty and they carry things having children around this is not good. I definitely feel sorry for others but definitely everyone need to come together to get the safety compliance team on these apartments so they can do better by trying to get rid of these roaches !!!!   My experiencing has been amazing so far from The quick move in then the amazing maintenance team and also amazing staff. Only reason I did not give this review 5 stars is because the upstairs neighbors are quite nosey for my liking they do not respect the quiet hours sadly but overall i recommend these apartments to anyone you will love staying here.
