  I moved in with my husband in October of 2025 and it was the worst mistake of our lives. Since we moved in we have had nothing but problems. For starters there is a gate but it doesnt work and hasn't work since we've moved in so anyone who wants to can come in whenever. When we moved into our apartment there were roaches and wasps everywhere in the apartment. A few weeks after we moved in our power went out for no reason and when mantience came by they said a homeless person was messing with the breakers. After this in January of 2026 our apartment got broken into because the locks on our sliding glass door were not working properly and a bunch of our stuff got stolen. On top of all of that our neighbors smoke and it wafts down into our apartment and even though this is a "smoke free community" the office does nothing but send emails and nothing changes. More recently our fridge has stopped working twice now and even though they say they have 24hr mantience no one will answer the phone when called. This past 2 weeks our roof in the front bathroom has been leaking and we find out it has to do with the A/C, when they come to "fix it" they open the door to it and its full of mold. Im writing this review to warn others that this places is not safe and not sanitary. If i could go back I would have NEVER moved in here

  Esmeralda was amazing. I had so many questions and was picky about where I wanted to live. She was so kind and took her time showing me several different floor plans and apartments. I found the right one for me and am so grateful to live in a community where everyone is so kind.

  It was a pleasure to meet with Ms.Maria and I had a wonderful tour and everything in the interior was inticing and it smelt good!
