  Writing my honest review for future residents. First the cons, If you love to cook and be in the kitchen, cabinet space and kitchen size is not the best at all, you don’t realize until you’re living in it . Second, the pool is a community pool, not just for residents — all of the zip code is there all summer , even at 2–3 in the morning . You don’t get much for your money here: no gym, no lobby hangout area, and walking trails is limited for dogs as well . But here are some pros , if you want a quiet, calm community, this one is good. Parking isn’t horrible either , UNLESS you come home late and don’t have a carport or garage. So again it isn’t a bad community to live in, if none of my cons are not a big deal to you. If all you want is to stay home and relax , this is your place , no one messes with you and quiet at all hours of the day. Shout out to the maintenance people too, they’re always quick to come solve your problem.

  Absolutely love living here and the Front desk staff Is amazing. Danielle is always so helpful and goes above and beyond anytime I reach out for assistance. She is always smiling, pleasant, and eager to help out.

  This is the worst customer service that I have ever received living in apartments I have come in contact with somebody at the office seven different occasions and all seven occasions they were unprofessional and rude as if they do not want to be bothered not to mention they do not have the pool open yet and charging us for amenity still and this is the only amenity that we get I pay my rent on time and I should not have to deal with poor customer service enough is enough

  I had an amazing experience with Danielle G truly 10/10. She is so kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. When I had an issue, she didn’t just handle it like a job she took it personally in the best way, with real compassion and understanding. You can tell she truly cares about people, not just the role. She went above and beyond for me, made sure I felt heard, and stayed on top of everything until it was resolved. That kind of dedication is rare. What really stood out to me is that even after a couple of months without seeing each other, I came back to the office for something unrelated, and she still remembered my face. That meant a lot to me, especially knowing she interacts with so many residents across different apartments. It just shows how attentive and genuine she is. Danielle represents the company so well. She deserves recognition and honestly a promotion for the level of care, professionalism, and heart she brings to her work. I’m really grateful for her.
