- EBErin BurnettOct 6, 20263.0I love my little cottage, but the turnover rate in the front office staff is ridiculous. It’s a constant revolving door, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. If you go through the reviews, you’ll find that they never answer the phone. The day I was supposed to move in I had a U-Haul waiting out front and they didn’t have my key and no one was in the office. I was told by one of the staff members that all utilities was included, including electricity, four months passed with no issue.. Just to eventually be hit with $800 for backpay in electric. They’ll tow your car for any reason or put a boot on it. Things have really turned out to be a hassle after a few months of living here. Again, I really love my cottage and I’ve had no problems with the house itself but the staff is unorganized, constantly changing and hard to reach.

I have been living here since January and have not had one good experience in the front office. I came in today to ask about pest control I was not greeted at all, and the response was bare minimum With sound effects being used as answers. This is unacceptable. I pay my rent on time and there is no reason for me to have to come into the office and get bad customer service. There is a lady up here and when I come up here with my hair straightened, she treats me completely different. She thinks I’m a whole different person so I can see that she chooses when to have bad customer service. I don’t appreciate this at all and every time I have to have this encounter I will leave a review. And my house is doing nothing but flooding and they refuse to do anything about it
