  My goodness My goodness!!! When I tell you this complex is a hidden gem I truly mean it! I am in the process of relocating to the area and between finishing school, the start of a new position, and that it has been a whirlwind! I came across Autumnwood in my search and am so grateful for it! I filled out an application but did not submit at that time. Maria called me not long after to make sure that it was me not submitting the initial application fee or if there was a system error. But reflecting back I believe it was after hours! That right there was above and beyond to me! She left a voicemail but also sent me a text. I had also booked a tour for that Saturday but when she said she wouldn’t be in I cancelled it. The next day on a whim while doing errands I rebooked the tour while at the store, just to get a feel for it. Kevin was kind enough to show me a unit and what was available in my time frame. He was also very attentive when it came to understanding my commute time and the crazy hours I am doing now. When calling to confirm what additional documents were needed- Maria found the glitch and sent the verification link! She stayed on the line with me trying to figure out why it wasn’t sent to my email inbox or spam. I take accountability that due to switching units/models so much, the last one I did was incomplete. Maria is amazing! She is patient, understanding, diligent, and very kind! She’ll get to the bottom of the conflict and find the best resolution for you! Do not hesitate to make Autumnwood your new home! I am so excited!!!!! Please ask for Maria! She’s the best! Corporate ; you’ve got a gem there - don’t loose her!

The leasing office staff is courteous and helpful, maintenance is efficient, and the grounds are consistently clean and attractive.   I was a resident here back in 2009 and moved out 2012, I returned for a tour February of this year and met the asst manager Maria and she is the sweetest most informative and professional her smile is contagious and her customer service was EXTRAORDINARY since i moved in i have been very pleased that I chose Autumnwood i also like to include Maurice the maintenance man very prompt and courteous great at his job! Come visit the property ask for Maria!!
