  **UPDATE: Management got back to us and it looks like there was a glitch in communication with the parcel company. They even hand delivered our package, which was above and beyond - thank you! **ORIGINAL: The area is great and all the current residents are awesome too. There is a lot of area for improvement with the leasing office (property management) - it seems to have been declining in service and resident satisfaction over the past few months. For example, the parcel lockers that residents are billed for monthly hardly ever work and it is like pulling teeth trying to get any assistance from management. It wouldn’t be an issue at all if they would simply show a little empathy and not give residents the runaround saying they “can’t” help - just provide assistance at your earliest convenience and I’d be happy as a clam! The company that manages the parcel lockers, Parcel Pending, actually called them out saying “they just don’t want to make time for you guys.” (Screenshots attached). Hopefully these recent months have been an exception to the norm, because I would really love to be able to recommend living here and/or at other Bridge PM properties. At this time, I unfortunately cannot in good conscience recommend signing a lease and calling Aspen Court home.

  Nice property, friendly staff. I had trouble deciding which property I should apply to. Loved the yard & view of Aspen's 1BR but didn't care for inside layout as much. Beautiful pool area & loved the internet cafe.
