  I had an appt scheduled all week to tour an apartment. I drove 45 minutes to just get turned away when I got there. I told her I even confirmed my appt prior to leaving where I live and she said she isn't touring. I would not recommend coming to this place because they do not care.

  I would not recommend living here. The biggest issue is the roach infestation. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests for pest control, but the work orders are often closed without anyone actually coming to treat the problem. I’ve spent my own time and money trying to get the infestation under control, but it’s been nearly impossible. I’ve also had a broken microwave for almost a year. Every time I ask about it, I’m told that new ones are coming, but nothing ever gets replaced. Another major issue is that one of the bedrooms in the three-bedroom units receives virtually no air circulation. During the winter, the room becomes extremely cold, and during the summer, it becomes unbearably hot. My son has had to suffer through those conditions because the room is simply not properly ventilated. Management seems to change every two or three months, so there is very little consistency or accountability. The trash situation is awful. There is only one trash compactor at the entrance of the entire complex, so people leave garbage bags throughout the property. It creates an unsanitary environment and attracts even more pests. Safety is another major concern. Police are frequently at the complex, often with guns drawn. As a parent, I do not feel safe letting my children play outside. To make matters worse, the pool has never been open during the three years I’ve lived here, despite it being advertised as an amenity. Overall, these apartments have not been maintained properly, and the living conditions are unacceptable. Between the roach infestation, unaddressed maintenance issues, poor ventilation, overflowing trash, constant police activity, and lack of functioning amenities, this has been an extremely disappointing place to live. You truly get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a clean, safe place to live with responsive management, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My family and I can’t wait to move out.

  I’ve lived here for 4 years, and unfortunately my experience has been far from good. Over the years, I’ve dealt with ongoing maintenance issues that were never properly resolved. At one point, my AC was out for months during the summer, which was extremely difficult, especially with children in the home. I also had a leaking AC unit dripping through the ceiling in one of my bathrooms that was never fixed, and another shower that was unusable and also never repaired. The mold in the bathrooms has been a constant issue, and from what I’ve heard from other tenants, it seems to be a common problem throughout the property. That alone is concerning. On top of the maintenance issues, management has changed multiple times, and communication has been disorganized. Recently, I was told I never renewed my lease last year—even though I did. Because of another management change, I had to complete the renewal process again online in October, only to later receive a notice on my door saying I had 30 days to vacate because they claimed I never renewed. I’ve always paid my rent on time, never caused issues, and have been patient through all of this. As a single mom of two, I stayed because the pricing worked for my family, but enough is enough. The constant turnover in management and lack of accountability speaks for itself. I’m moving on, and I genuinely hope things improve for the next tenants.

  Nasty, dirty, terrible management, bad upkeep inside and out, ragged, roach infested apartments I’ve ever seen in my entire life, would not recommend, if you ever think about moving here, rethink please, you will be very disappointed, bad trash problem, residents let their pets mess all over the grounds and don’t clean it up, maintenance don’t fix shit, the apartments look nothing like they do on the website, apartments have no up to date upgrades, if I was homeless and this place was my last resort, I’d happily go find me a bridge to live under, they need to be tore down and rebuilt, thankyaaa!
