  Beware of the 5 star reviews from people trying to move in because no one else will rent to them. 100% believe the negative reviews on here from people that live or have lived here. Shootings happen on the regular every 3-4 months, check police reports. Drug dealers and drug users call these apartments home. Management has no clues who lives in these units, major subletting to people hiding out from the law. It’s an Arlington slum . Police and Paramedics are here 24/7. The ownership (currently Brazos Residential) and the management team in the onsite office of this property change every 6 months to a year. Units flood regularly due to water heaters busting open which causes mold on ceilings and walls because they do not replace the water soaked sheet rock. Current Water heaters have serial numbers that date the manufacturing year of 2003 , they should have been replaced years ago. Forget any type of maintenance, it’s do it yourself repairs. The best day anyone has here is the day you get to leave! Once people move in and find out how bad these apartments are they break their lease immediately and move back out. Loose dogs(pit bulls) crapping everywhere, no dedicated pet area away from buildings causing pests to enter units attracted to the dog feces. Unsupervised kids roaming around the property causing damage to vehicles. No onsite security, so it’s the Wild West. People breaking into units, people drunk urinating in hallways and drug users walking around looking for cigarette butts on the ground . Tenants not respecting neighbors. Management not enforcing their own rules listed on the lease. Please be warned! Thank God we moved out of these horrible apartments. We sympathize with those very few good tenants who are still stuck there.

  I would not recommend living here. The biggest issue is the roach infestation. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests for pest control, but the work orders are often closed without anyone actually coming to treat the problem. I’ve spent my own time and money trying to get the infestation under control, but it’s been nearly impossible. I’ve also had a broken microwave for almost a year. Every time I ask about it, I’m told that new ones are coming, but nothing ever gets replaced. Another major issue is that one of the bedrooms in the three-bedroom units receives virtually no air circulation. During the winter, the room becomes extremely cold, and during the summer, it becomes unbearably hot. My son has had to suffer through those conditions because the room is simply not properly ventilated. Management seems to change every two or three months, so there is very little consistency or accountability. The trash situation is awful. There is only one trash compactor at the entrance of the entire complex, so people leave garbage bags throughout the property. It creates an unsanitary environment and attracts even more pests. Safety is another major concern. Police are frequently at the complex, often with guns drawn. As a parent, I do not feel safe letting my children play outside. To make matters worse, the pool has never been open during the three years I’ve lived here, despite it being advertised as an amenity. Overall, these apartments have not been maintained properly, and the living conditions are unacceptable. Between the roach infestation, unaddressed maintenance issues, poor ventilation, overflowing trash, constant police activity, and lack of functioning amenities, this has been an extremely disappointing place to live. You truly get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a clean, safe place to live with responsive management, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My family and I can’t wait to move out.
