  I’ve lived here for 4 years, and unfortunately my experience has been far from good. Over the years, I’ve dealt with ongoing maintenance issues that were never properly resolved. At one point, my AC was out for months during the summer, which was extremely difficult, especially with children in the home. I also had a leaking AC unit dripping through the ceiling in one of my bathrooms that was never fixed, and another shower that was unusable and also never repaired. The mold in the bathrooms has been a constant issue, and from what I’ve heard from other tenants, it seems to be a common problem throughout the property. That alone is concerning. On top of the maintenance issues, management has changed multiple times, and communication has been disorganized. Recently, I was told I never renewed my lease last year—even though I did. Because of another management change, I had to complete the renewal process again online in October, only to later receive a notice on my door saying I had 30 days to vacate because they claimed I never renewed. I’ve always paid my rent on time, never caused issues, and have been patient through all of this. As a single mom of two, I stayed because the pricing worked for my family, but enough is enough. The constant turnover in management and lack of accountability speaks for itself. I’m moving on, and I genuinely hope things improve for the next tenants.

  Nasty, dirty, terrible management, bad upkeep inside and out, ragged, roach infested apartments I’ve ever seen in my entire life, would not recommend, if you ever think about moving here, rethink please, you will be very disappointed, bad trash problem, residents let their pets mess all over the grounds and don’t clean it up, maintenance don’t fix shit, the apartments look nothing like they do on the website, apartments have no up to date upgrades, if I was homeless and this place was my last resort, I’d happily go find me a bridge to live under, they need to be tore down and rebuilt, thankyaaa!

  Arlington Slums!!!!! The Best Day here is the Day you get to move out! Drug dealers and drug users walking around openly smoking weed in common areas. Beware the People who give this place a 5 star review! Lots of people of all ages drunk and high on drugs wondering around all hours of the day and middle of the night. The smell of weed is everywhere, causing the smell to stink up your apartment too! Residents openly use and sell drugs in broad daylight. Residents throw their many kids out the door unsupervised. Those kids then cause noise and trouble(Damage) all throughout the complex after school and weekends all hours of the day and middle of the night.Summer Break is the worst. Management is nonexistent, they hide in the office, only coming out on a golf cart to show potential tenants the property. It’s a free for all So it’s everyone to fend for themselves. Wish we had never moved there. Sad thing is that it used to be decent, many many years ago. If you like loose unleashed dogs, dogs barking all day/night and dog crap all over the place, this is the place for you, managment actually encourages this behavior from bad and lazy pet owners. No designated pet deification area away from buildings. Thank God we broke free from these trashy apartments. Police are constantly there and shootings happen every 6 months, just look up police reports . No onsite security and no reserved parking is enforced. Had people try to break into my unit twice. No pest control, so get ready for roaches. And most of the units have water damage from flooding caused by the pipes bursting from freezing temps. Also water damage from bursting water heaters that should have been replaced years ago. So mold is a MAJOR issue that is never fixed. Breezeways are filthy, they never power wash them. You have drunks urinating in the breezeways in the middle of the night! Brazos residential are the current owners, but owners and management changes every 6 months to a year. No speed bumps throughout the property, so unfortunately a child will probably eventually get run over because people go about 45mph through the complex. It’s crazy and sad that people have to live like this and still pay over a thousand dollars a month. Should be a crime. Only one dumpster for the whole complex that is always overflowing with trash. Management has no clue who lives in the units, blatantly obvious subleasing to people with active criminal warrants, who cannot lease on their own. My heart goes out to those few good residents who are still stuck living there. Future renters, beware! Please believe all the Bad Reviews on here, Those reviews are 100% the Truth. Don’t be fooled!

  I stopped by to inquire about a one-bedroom apartment, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The leasing agent was rude, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested in helping. She didn't even stand up to greet me or assist. When I asked about availability, she simply stated they didn't have anything and "will not have anything in the future" without providing any further information or alternative options. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place based on the lack of basic professionalism.

  We scheduled a tour for 10am today and no one showed up. We waited until 10:20 and the leasing office was still locked. I tried calling and it just went to voicemail. Tours should not be booked for times that no one is working. If there is an emergency and staff can't make it into work, contact the people who have booked a tour to let them know you need to reschedule. It is not that complicated. Also we saw what appeared to be a dead animal (possum or racoon from what we can tell) floating in the pool that clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while.
