  If i could give ZERO STARS i would!! and if i could i would give KENNY ZERO STARS as well. all he cares about is getting his end of the money soon as that’s in his hands i promise you’re not even a priority to him anymore. TERRIBLE SALESMAN. everything was great up until we got the house. soon as the house was ours they did not hold up their end of the deal whatsoever. they left it a mess there was dried up dog poop that must have been there for months while it sat on oak woods lot. they didn’t care to clean it up they delivered it a mess! there was cracks and damage done from the delivery and they were supposed to fix all of that and did not. it’s impossible to get ahold of them. I brought all of this to kenny’s attention (the mess) and i told him if they would get a cleaning company to come clean then we’d be good. Well as kenny likes to do is say he’s gonna do something and then completely ignore you. I will never recommend oakwood homes or kenny. or the bald guy idk his name. in other words STAY AWAY FROM OAKWOOD HOMES!!!

  Quiero tomar un momento para agradecer y recomendar especialmente a Charro Carrasco por todo el apoyo, profesionalismo y dedicación durante el proceso de hacer realidad uno de los sueños más importantes de mi vida: tener mi primera casa en los Estados Unidos. Desde el primer momento, Charro estuvo pendiente de cada detalle, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, aclarar mis dudas y acompañarme durante todo el proceso. Su trato, paciencia y manera de trabajar hicieron que una experiencia tan importante para mí fuera mucho más fácil y especial. Hoy puedo decir con mucha felicidad que tengo las llaves de mi propio hogar, y me siento muy agradecido con todo el equipo y, especialmente, con Charro por haber sido parte de este momento tan importante. Si están pensando en comprar una casa, recomiendo 100% a Charro Carrasco. Una excelente persona y un gran profesional. ¡Muchas gracias por ayudarme a convertir un sueño en una realidad! 🏡🔑❤️

  Wife and I viewed the Spirit, walked through and told OakWood we wanted the double vanity, the faucet outside for the water hose, and the windows in the living room. Trailer gets here, no double vanity, no faucet outside, and we didn’t have the windows in the living room. They came and installed the faucet, and the double vanity, but didn’t get the windows. On top of all that, the floors started floating, and the shingles started lifting. They told us “The manufacturer didn’t have enough glue.” Seriously got told that, so still dealing with floating floors and shingles lifting. Also had plumbing issues when the trailer was set. Found trim in the toilet, and the bathtub’s won’t drain properly. Pulled the trim out the toilet and fixed that. Bathtub’s still aren’t draining properly, I believe it’s a partial blockage. Maybe something from the manufacturer stuck in there, because the water level is still above the drain. Told Greg about it, and nothing was done. So still dealing with that.

  Oh my goodness Greg was amazing from start to finish even put up with my craziness calling him twice a day. Laura was amazing explaining things to us at welcome home! we had a wonderful experience with Oakwood Homes would recommend them to all of our friends and family

  Shaylee was a tremendous help and explained everything amazingly. She has helped make this process smooth and stress free I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home
