  Wife and I viewed the Spirit, walked through and told OakWood we wanted the double vanity, the faucet outside for the water hose, and the windows in the living room. Trailer gets here, no double vanity, no faucet outside, and we didn’t have the windows in the living room. They came and installed the faucet, and the double vanity, but didn’t get the windows. On top of all that, the floors started floating, and the shingles started lifting. They told us “The manufacturer didn’t have enough glue.” Seriously got told that, so still dealing with floating floors and shingles lifting. Also had plumbing issues when the trailer was set. Found trim in the toilet, and the bathtub’s won’t drain properly. Pulled the trim out the toilet and fixed that. Bathtub’s still aren’t draining properly, I believe it’s a partial blockage. Maybe something from the manufacturer stuck in there, because the water level is still above the drain. Told Greg about it, and nothing was done. So still dealing with that.

  Oh my goodness Greg was amazing from start to finish even put up with my craziness calling him twice a day. Laura was amazing explaining things to us at welcome home! we had a wonderful experience with Oakwood Homes would recommend them to all of our friends and family

  My husband and I first met Greg in 2017 when we were hoping to purchase a manufactured home. At that time, our credit wasn’t where it needed to be, and we weren’t quite ready to move forward. Fast forward to March of this year, and true to his word, Greg has supported us every step of the way. From guiding us through the process and showing us homes to connecting us with our loan officer, he made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. We are incredibly grateful for Greg and his team at Oakwood Homes of Amarillo. Their support and dedication truly made a difference. We love our new home and are so excited to begin making memories in it. I would recommend Greg and his team 10/10 times!
