  My apartment is huge and the tub in the master bath can not be beat. Huge garden soaking tub. Maintenance issues are addressed very quickly, and in the three years I have lived here, I can count those on one hand. Office staff have been very good to me, too. I would give it five stars, but there are kids roaming everywhere with no supervision. Parking lot, breezeways, scooters, bikes, battery operated cars, on foot. Constant screaming and yelling, especially in the breezeways and it sounds like they are in your living room. My building is next to the playground, and I expect the traffic to and from there, but it is way beyond that. Other than that, we have huge grills, a beautiful pool that HAS been open, great living spaces, good staff. United at the end of the block. Close parking. Just signed up for another year!

  I’ve lived at this apartment complex for nearly three years, and my experience has been excellent. The office staff is outstanding their communication is always clear, timely, and helpful. I’m someone who speaks up when I need assistance, and they’ve consistently been responsive and supportive. Maintenance is also very efficient and quick to address any issues. While there was a small delay with the pool opening at one point, it has been open every summer I’ve lived here. The gates have not always been functional, but that hasn’t made me feel unsafe. I also understand that occasional negative situations can happen anywhere and aren’t necessarily a reflection of the staff or management, as they can’t control every individual’s actions. Overall, I’ve felt well taken care of as a resident.

  Great community! The staff are all so kind and helpful! Really works with the tenants to improve overall satisfaction which is awesome!
