- DPDonna PooleJul 9, 20261.0Clayton Homes sent Dynamic Flow over to check on the high humidity in the house. The worker took loose a vent over the water heater and just stuck it on the furnace. It's still attached to the ceiling. Shortly after that the water heater alarm went off. There's no issues with the water heater except several times during the day the alarm goes off. We thought Dynamic Flow would let Clayton Homes know the issue with the vent over the water heater. We've contacted Clayton Homes several times and they said they would take care of it. We've been trying to get this fixed for months. Jena Cherry is the person who has promised it would be taken care of. The only time we hear from her is if we message her first and she makes more promises with nothing being done. We talked to Cameron on Monday and Friday. Not a good conversation.
