  Update to previous post. Still wish I could rate this place a zero! Parking is still a nightmare. If you visit residents and you bring young children with you, be prepared to carry them quite a distance because you either park on the busy street, which is sometimes not an option, or park in visitors parking at the office, which is always full. Also, when my mom moved in there was a welcome mat at her front door. she recently moved from the apartments and left the mat because it did not belong to her. However, the apartments charged her $25.00 to remove the mat. A family member went over to see if the mat was still there so we could remove it and mom get her money back. Remember, the apartments charged $25 to remove it. Sure enough, the mat was still there waiting for the next resident. Seems like this is a scam for them to not do a full deposit refund. I am sure the previous resident was charged $25.00 to remove the mat also and it was never really removed. Any way or thing they can do to make money. My mom called and spoke to Kim concerning the $25 and the claim the mat had been removed. Kim was informed the family member removed the mat not the apartments as they claimed and she wanted a refund. Kim HUNG UP ON HER. Very rude and unprofessional person. AVOID these apartments!! Really wish this sight would let me rate this a zero! My mom has been a resident since February 2017 and Margie was a very nice and helpful. Recently the management has changed and I am not happy with the new management. Kimberly is not very friendly to resident's visitors and I believe does not want visitors. Due to a medical emergency I had to take my mom to the hospital. I had three grandchildren ages 10, 5 and 1 with me. Due to my mom's condition she was not going to be able to ride in my truck so I was going to use her reserved parking spot to park my truck. We called the office to let them know I was parking my truck in her reserved spot to help with the loading of my mom, transfer car seats and load children. I stated the truck would be moved later that night. Kimberly rudely informed me that she could not guarantee my vehicle would be there when I returned. I asked her if she could make an allowances for an emergency and she stated she could not make any allowances between daytime and nighttime and if I wanted my vehicle to be there when I returned I would have to park on the street. I asked again for an emergency allowance and she said she could not do it and to park on the street. So if you have family who lives here, please make sure you have no medical emergencies and visitors know to park on the street. If you plan to move here, please know visitors are not welcome, even in emergencies.

  Very good apt complex very secure with electric gates and they have a pool 😉
