  Ashley and Marissa made our move-in experience amazing! The apartment is beautiful with great appliances and a clean, well-done paint job (no overspray, which we’ve dealt with before). The front office has such great energy, and maintenance has been super responsive and helpful. We love the community events and the thoughtful touches like the welcome gift and even the first roll of toilet paper. This is my fiancé and I’s first home together, and we couldn’t be happier. Great location, excellent school district, and the bus stop right out front is a huge plus!

  Just moved in and I have a great experience living at Hidden Creek Apartment Complex. The community is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns, which really makes a difference. Love Ashley and Maritza❤️ The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities are well-kept and convenient. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the environment feels. Overall, Hidden Creek is a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free apartment experience.

  Excellent Front Office Team especially the Manager Ashley and her assistant Maritza. Good efficient Maintenance team and Response Team. Wonderful mix of folks. Almost everyone who visited us would say good things about the apartment size. Still living there. Must Recommend for living.

  The fire alarm in my unit is absolutely unbearable. I recently experienced a session that felt like literal "sonic torture." The sound intensity was so extreme it caused immediate physical pain, ear pressure, and persistent tinnitus. Even in a real emergency, this volume is so overwhelming —it simply feels unsafe and far beyond a normal decibel level for a living space. Beyond the safety hazard: 1. The washer and dryer are outdated, inefficient, and constantly damage clothes. 2. The dryer vent exhausts directly onto the balcony, filling the outdoor space with a foul smell throughout the entire drying cycle. The balcony is unusable during laundry. 3. Every window in the unit is difficult to operate and poorly maintained. I am sharing this so others are aware of the potential for extreme noise and the ongoing maintenance issues.
