  Blake Lloyd (our Sales and Marketing Rep) has been a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient with the changes we requested to make sure our home was exactly what we wanted. He took a long time walking the property to find the exact lot that would work for us. He's upbeat and fun to be around. His excitement is contagious and if he did not have an immediate answer for us, he made sure he found one and responded immediately. Our experience with him added to the excitement of moving to the Ryan Homes Community. The fact that he also purchased his own home in a Ryan Homes Community gave us additional confidence that we are starting the new chapter in our lives in the right place with the right builder.

  This is our second Ryan Home and I have to say our house in Bridle Creek is amazing! Wr loved our first home in another neighborhood, but we upgraded to the Hudson and it is so beautiful! I'm so pleased with the build process, the consistent updates we got, and the sales team at Ryan homes for walking us through everything and helping us with any questions we had. I'm so excited to grow my family in this neighborhood.

  Leaving a 2 star so hopefully it stops them from removing it- I have lived in the neighborhood for 7 years and only started having issues when Ryan Homes started building. They have completely destroyed our drainage systems and have flooded a portion of the neighborhood multiple times. Our garage and foundation has cracked due to flooding. My neighbors brand new house and driveway is being pummeled with red clay runoff. Despite fines, stop work orders, and violating protected watersheds (the State of TN even paid a visit!) nothing has been done to fix the issues. They put diapers in the drains that didn’t help. They can say it is “once in 100 year flooding” but that isn’t true when every time it rains, this happens. Multiple attempts by multiple neighbors have gone unanswered. Ryan Homes/JAB Builders is a complete joke. I would heavily caution anyone looking into purchasing a home in this neighborhood until existing infrastructure is fixed. If they don’t care what happens, can’t expect them to build a decent house.

  So far, I've loved dealing with the Ryan Homes Team. I love all of the options they offer. Their sales team, ( David and Blake) are amazing. I hope the rest of the process is as easy as the beginning stages.

  David T, and the team here were absolutely amazing. We've been shopping new construction builders and they offer a lot of upgrades as standard. BUT - The customer service given by David and everyone else was by far the best I've had from ANY of the other builders!!!
