  I recently purchased a mobile home from Oakwood in Sweetwater. I worked with Thalia who was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She was so professional and I never worried about any detail throughout. She was extremely careful with all my selections and concerns and every single detail was perfect. Also, the rest of the staff was courteous and professional as well. I am so thankful I selected Oakwood in Sweetwater to purchase my mobile home.

  Buying a double-wide from Oakwood Homes was a great experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Thalia. She made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming than we expected. From the first visit to closing, she stayed on top of everything and kept us informed the entire time. What stood out most was how easy she was to work with—no pressure, just honest answers and real help when we needed it. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right fit without trying to push us into something that didn’t make sense.   As first time home buyers we had no clue how the whole process worked. Thalia walked us through the whole process and she was wonderful to work with. She made sure everything was explained and done in a timely manner. Tommy and the whole team were great to work with. Zach with the service team made sure everything was working and repaired for us the move in quickly. I would highly recommend using them!
