  Hunter was fantastic to work with. Unfortunately due to financial reasons we were not able to complete our purchase, but if we ever needed to go back we would definitely use Hunter at Clayton homes!

  I was out of town on business and these guys were working with her on a home. They lied every step of the way, stole a deposit from her for a site visit by changing paperwork and calling it a down payment even though she hadn't even picked out a home, they pulled her credit multiple times without authorization and even though she was pre approved at our bank and then quoted $60k more the absolute exact home the Clayton dealership down the street quoted. They are liars and shysters and they are looking to take advantage of people. Run from them.

  Ian Chumley has made this easy to understand. I'm still learning a lot and going through the process to make sure I get exactly what I want because it sounds like I can! He has helped me every step of the way. 10 out of 10 I'm sticking with him!

  From the moment we first stepped into the doors at clayton of Sweetwater have been very pleased! One day we just happened to stop by and ask a few questions to see what we the process of getting a new home placed on some land would be. We wasn’t quite ready at time to start the process. We just had questions on how it really worked. That’s when we met Monty and He has been great! He didn’t try to pressure us on filling out an application. He answered every question we had. We got his information and let him know when we were ready to begin. Once we reached out and begun the process he’s been there the whole time. He helped us find the perfect home for our big family of 9! We could literally call/text him at any given time day or night with our questions. If he didn’t know the answer he would definitely find someone who did. Then once all that part was over and we closed on our home… we have been working with Darrell on our construction/set up. He’s been great to keep us updated along the way with who’s coming onto the property and what kind of work is being done at any give day! He has also answered every question that we have had for him as well. He’s always just a call/text away. And very understanding. We have had a great experience throughout with these guys and the whole team as well. And couldn’t be any happier! Thank you all so much for everything!

  Hunter Cassady was really courteous and went out of his way to help us try to find a manufactured home that met the needs of my mother-in-law. When the one she was trying to purchase at another dealership fell through because of a tight timeframe, Hunter tried to locate another home, and made phone calls on our behalf. Even though he wasn't able to locate one that would work in the timeframe we needed, or the style/price we wanted, he reached out to us to let us know he tried, instead of promising us something that the company could not deliver on. I really appreciated his honesty. If you stop by Clayton Homes of Sweetwater, ask for Hunter.
