  Monty (Roark) was a pleasure to work with when I was shopping for a new home. He was very friendly, informative, and helpful, and attentive without being pushy. I would recommend him to anyone in the manufactured home market. Unfortunately, his dealership did not carry or have access to the home I was most interested in, so I did buy elsewhere. But Monty personally did a first-class job of trying to earn my business, beyond all the other dealers I visited.

He answered every question I had about the homes we toured, and he took time to let us talk through possibilities of options and or changes.   We had gone to three different Clayton homes locations, Monty Roark at the Sweetwater location was the only one who acknowledged us, he wasn’t pushy and answered all of our questions about the homes. Later that evening we had a few more questions which he answered right away and he forwarded us some information on several other possible homes. He is always polite whether in person or on the phone. We would definitely recommend Monty for your future home needs.
