The negative reviews regarding roaches and ants are 100% accurate; pest control is inconsistent at best, and when concerns are raised, staff have dismissively laughed off the issue rather than taking consistent weekly action. The walls are somewhat thin and offer weak sound privacy and other residents frequently perform car repairs in the parking lot despite it being prohibited. If you value a pest-free environment and quiet living, I would look elsewhere. The space and quick maintenance requests simply do not compensate for the lack of professional management and the daily frustration of dealing with these ongoing issues.
