Ron was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us to feel better about the whole process and what to expect. He spent time explaining everything and didn’t rush us. We feel a lot more ready to move forward.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my home with this company! John Shelton was so awesome and helped me out so much from start to finish. The process was smooth, and everyone I worked with was kind, helpful, and professional. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier and were always willing to answer my questions and help whenever I needed it. I’m so grateful to have found a company that truly made me feel supported throughout the home-buying process.

I had a great experience working with John Shelton while purchasing my modular home. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. John made everything easy to understand and was always there to answer my questions and help me make the right decisions. I really appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping me find the right home. I would definitely recommend John to anyone looking to purchase a modular or manufactured home. Great guy and great service!

Fantastic people. Walked us through every step of the process. Great product and if there were to be any issues, they take care of it immediately!
