  John Shelton was a fantastic sales person to work with! He really broke things down to a level I could understand and was upfront and honest about all the pricing! Would recommend him to anyone!

  Simply put #1 terrible build quality #2 terrible Customer service and warranty work #3 terrible Clayton dealership sales reps that don't care, nor update or support you through the purchase process. I literally had to do everything myself. I got the permits scheduled subcontractors and the dealership could have cared less. My salesman "Garrett the bald guy" (these guys and their nicknames are worse than used car salesmen) literally got in heated argument on the phone with the electrician and I had to take the phone and diffuse the situation all for something the dealership didn't do. Talk about professional lol. By the way expect to pay way more then the price of the mobile home itself. My trailer was 40k on sale, then add delivery, setup, heat pump (which you HAVE TO BUY) all this made it 55k. After seeing the work and care of "their guys" I hired my own electrician, plumber, underpinning and excavation guy. I was in a situation where I had to replace an existing mobile home for a family member and would have not done any of this otherwise. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid cheap mobile homes. Buy better built, stick build, or if nothing else get a tiny home or camper.

  I absolutely loved looking at these houses! The sales were great and we talked to Ron Jovi! I highly recommend him! He is down to Earth, talked to our kids, and added a personal touch to our house buying experience!! I definitely recommend coming down here too!!

  Our experience with John Shelton has been nothing but exceptional! He goes above and beyond for his customers. My husband and I are investors and worked with other companies, and there hasn't been anyone who gets things done like John! We will continue to work with John on all our future projects. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants someone to get the job done!
