  Michael arrived on Friday 5/29/26 around 5:15pm to work on the AC which had stopped working an hour or so before. He arrived about 15 minutes after I went down and saw Alexis in the office right before closing so he got here right away. Michael had to trouble shoot several things on the system to identify the problem and he did that very well. Many thanks to Michael for his excellent and knowledgeable work and thanks to Alexis for notifying him on the issue. 5 stars all around to the team. Tim #319

  I lived at WEV for 3 years and loved it! You can’t beat this location. It is so convenient to the best parts of the city. The staff is also excellent. Yvette, the housekeeper, works hard keeping the common areas spotless and greets you like a real neighbor. My first two years I lived in the studio apartment facing the pool and my last year I lived in a one bedroom facing the street. The assistant manager, Alexis, was great to work with and processed my last lease very professionally. Maintenance was always there within 24 hours if I needed anything. Most nights were extremely quiet for a city apartment. I always felt safe with the key fob entry on all outside doors. The pool is very relaxing but only gets sun from 11 am til 3pm. The parking garage gate malfunctions every couple of months but they get a third party to fix it quickly. I would recommend living here to anyone who enjoys long walks with their dog to centennial park and ease of access to 12 South, Hillsboro Village, Vanderbilt University, Broadway, Green Hills, and the midtown.

  Quite and very decent place to leave, nice Neighbors, The leasing office responds very quick if you need anything ,maintenance Josa is fast responding and friendly, Clean building .
