  I’ve lived here two different times and both experiences were fabulous. The apartments are clean, spacious, and priced well. The amenities are perfect and well kept, and everything is extremely clean and comfortable. The women in the front office - Cali and Tracy - are always friendly and extremely helpful. When my balcony was being replaced, they allowed my wife and dogs to use the guest suite for a few days free of charge. This is place that you can call home, but also makes you feel like you’re at home. Highly recommend!

  Everything about this apartment building was amazing! Highly recommend. Super clean, well maintained, great spot to everything, a parking garage that is easily accessible, and a staff that is attentive. I rarely heard noise because neighbors were very considerate. If you're looking for a place to live, we would highly recommend Vista Germantown- our two years with them was great!

  This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Incredible location and the property is clean with great amenities. Want to give a shout out to my leasing agent, Cali Gorman who always goes above and beyond and has a great energy all around!

  Would NOT recommend this apartment complex. Bad leasing office and high hidden costs upon move out. The bad: - They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING before you move out (screenshot attached). Even after we got maintenance to inspect our apartment, they went back and ADDED ON more ‘charges’ despite the fact maintenance told us it was cleaned to perfection - Leasing office is rude and ineffectual: they won’t respond to emails about noise complaints or even your move out notice. The good: - Maintenance staff are lovely and always willing to help - Our apartment itself was updated and not too much went wrong with it during our 12 month lease

  The location is great, but the leasing office staff are so unresponsive and unprofessional. They don't answer the phones when you call and they take weeks to respond to emails, if they even respond at all. Poor management makes it difficult to want to live here.
