Super clean, well maintained, great spot to everything, a parking garage that is easily accessible, and a staff that is attentive. I rarely heard noise because neighbors were very considerate. If you're looking for a place to live, we would highly recommend Vista Germantown- our two years with them was great!

The community feel amongst the residents is special, and there are frequent social activities for everyone. Vista is also very pet friendly with special events planned for our dogs. We love the Vista Vibe!
