The staff has gone above and beyond to make the move-in process smooth and stress-free, and they’ve always been quick to answer questions or help with anything I needed. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a great living experience for residents. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live, and I’m so happy I chose Vertis Green Hills. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a community with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Not only is the Vertis in a fabulous location, what we found was that the leasing agents were extremely helpful, especially Madeleine Williamson. Madeleine offered to tour us, answer any and all questions for us over a few days period, and she also advocated for us with the management when we requested special accomodations so that our needs could be met. Madeleine was patient, kind, empathic, skillful, and understanding throughout the process. We felt heard and cared for as we negotiated with the Vertis. We recommend the leasing department!

I honestly was a little worried about the safety of our children but I applaud The Burnham for having such an amazing Security Officer on site. Officer Castleman was so helpful and pleasant. It’s nice to visit a place and have friendly people to connect with that helped us navigate to the place we needed to be. Thanks for providing an amazing experience. Our family will be sure to recommend and visit again.

We love our new manager Christine. The maintenance staff is exceptional. Love Mario’s smiling face and attentiveness to our needs.
