If you value peace and quiet in the morning, this is not the best place to live in ! noise starting as early as 7:00 AM. Almost every morning, there is loud noise from workers vacuuming/cleaning the streets or from trucks and construction…

I lived at the Shay for about a year and a half and it was hands down the best place I have ever lived. I absolutely LOVED this apartment and already miss it. It's a beautiful well maintained properly and the staff are the kindest and most helpful people. Chloe, Donovan, Robin, & Karla were all really great. I can't brag enough about how beautiful the property is. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and I loved walking around one city. I was a grad student most of my time living at The Shay and I found the areas I could study in - to be the most helpful/functional during that phase in my life. Our pup also Loved the dog park - my only issue which probably has nothing to do with The Shay is that One City sprays chemicals on the grass in the dog park and I wish they wouldn't since it's not the safest for our dogs. The gym is nice too - it has a lot of equipment and is 2 floors which is really great. It's also a great place to host - they have a few different areas in the leasing office and by the pool where people can come hang out. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. I only wish we had found it sooner when we first moved to Nashville.

Fantastic apartment community with super friendly staff! It’s located in such a great spot just 10 minutes away from The Gulch and downtown. And it’s within walking distance of really great eateries like E+Rose Wellness, Sump Coffee, Pastaria, and AVO. I also love how nature oriented the property is with all of the trees and the pond out front. Highly recommend moving here. You won’t regret it!

I’ve really enjoyed living at the Shay, and have since extended my lease for another 12 months. During the pandemic, everything had some sort of uncertainty attached to it, but the staff did a great job of keeping all the tenants informed and assured. The amenities are fantastic, the management staff is always on top of getting items taken care of. I love the location, and love being tucked away in a development but still being close to everything Nashville has to offer.
