  I want to give a special thank you to Tanya at The Percy Apartments! I was looking for a new place for my family, and apartment hunting during a move was stressful. Tanya was kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel welcome. We’ve moved in now, and seeing my son enjoy the pool has been one of my favorite moments so far. Having a place where we can settle in and feel at home means so much to me. I’m grateful Tanya was part of helping us get here. Thank you, Tanya, for your care and support! I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for an apartment at The Percy. 💙 Tanya you're the best 👌....

  Tanya Davis is my leasing agent but both of the ladies in the front were extremely nice and helpful. The property is really nice and clean, very close to highway and airport. I got a 1 bedroom and it’s beautiful!

  Tanya is a godsend. Truly. It’s not easy finding the right place for the right price in Nashville anymore. Tanya worked with me and found solutions to any hurdle I presented her with. 5 stars is not enough :)

  Having lived in multiple apartment complexes over the years I have learned to recognize staff that cares and staff that pays simple lip service. The new manager, Shelli, is definitely in the care category. In the last several weeks I have noticed visible changes in the property, grounds, and staff. I've witnessed her personally respond to maintenance issues, employ personal service by visiting units, residents, and actually listening to our concerns. It really gives me a new hope and want to stay here longer and see what greatness she brings next! Prior management seemed to let things go and enforcement of rules was scant at best....not the case with this one and I couldn't be happier! Come be my neighbor! Great things are coming!

  I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I’ve been with the difference I’ve seen since Shelli became our new property manager. Even in just the last month, the improvements around the property have been noticeable! The landscaping is already looking so much better. After speaking with Shelli, it’s clear that she has a plan and genuinely cares about making this community a better place to live. I understand not everything can happen overnight, and I really appreciate that she’s taking the time to work through everything the right way. She has also been working hard to get the valet trash situation under control and is working on getting our breezeways cleaned up. I see her walking the property, checking buildings, knocking on doors, talking with residents, making sure everyone understands the community rules, but also simply taking the time to introduce herself, listen to us, and get to know the people who live here. The emails and reminders she sends have made a difference too. My building has already improved so much, and I truly believe that’s because she is paying attention and following through. Another thing I really appreciate is that when an issue comes up during office hours, it is addressed quickly. After hours, our courtesy officer is available to address noise complaints, which gives residents another way to get help when something comes up. It’s honestly refreshing to have a manager who is visible, involved, and willing to listen. You can tell Shelli is putting in the work, and the difference she has made in such a short amount of time is definitely being noticed. I’m really glad Shelli is here and excited to see what the future holds for our community. Thank you for all the hard work you’re putting in, Shelli! It’s appreciated more than you probably realize! ❤️
