  Absolutely love this apartment. I just resigned my lease because of the wonderful people. All the maintenance people are great and kind. Shoutout to Mike who came quickly in my time of need! Highly recommend!

  Mike M got my bathroom fan running and balanced the legs on the washing machine shortly after my work request was submitted. Nice guy too!

  Mike did an exceptional job the other day, I had a repair and a replacement done. He did a great job. He was very accommodating, professional, and even interacted with the kids when they had questions on what he was doing or just wanted to tell him something.

  Just moved in so don’t want to jinx it but so far my partner and I love living here! Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, maintenance has been VERY quick. Mike knocked out two things for us in less than an hour! The apartments are so spacious, it seems like there is so much attention put into making it feel cozy. Finding a parking spot near your building can be hard depending on the time of day but at least you can rest assured your vehicle is safe even if you have to park a bit away from your unit. It’s a beautiful property and so glad we picked this place.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Lodge Bellevue is truly a wonderful place to call home. From the moment we moved in, we have been impressed by how beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained this community is. Surrounded by nature, the property offers a calm and relaxing environment while still being close to everything we need. What stands out the most is the exceptional management and service team. They are always approachable, responsive, and genuinely care about resident satisfaction. Any maintenance request is addressed quickly and professionally, and they always make sure the issue is fully resolved. A special thank you to Kaitlynn, the Property Manager, for her outstanding leadership and support. She is always approachable, attentive, and willing to help with any concerns. Nellie is equally amazing—she handles resident questions with patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. I would also like to sincerely recognize the maintenance team—Carl, William, Mike, and Ellie—for their dedication and hard work. They do an exceptional job keeping the community in excellent condition and ensuring residents are taken care of. William, in particular, is always a pleasure to work with. He communicates clearly, follows through on requests, and consistently delivers high-quality work. The amenities are fantastic. The clubhouse is beautiful, the pool area is always clean and well-maintained, and the grilling areas are readily available for residents to enjoy. The entire property is kept in excellent condition and reflects the pride this team takes in their work. One of the things we love most about The Lodge Bellevue is how resident-focused the community is. The team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere through regular resident events and celebrations. From Friday donuts, Wine Down Wednesdays, pool parties, Easter egg hunts, Photos with Santa, and holiday celebrations to fun treats like pizza days, cookie days, ice cream socials, Fat Tuesday cakes, St. Patrick’s Day events, and more—they consistently find ways to bring residents together and make the community feel like home. It’s clear that The Lodge Bellevue puts residents first. The staff genuinely care, the property is beautiful, and the sense of community is unmatched. We absolutely love living here and highly recommend The Lodge Bellevue to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, and resident-focused community.
