  Have been here for just shy of 4 months to ensure the quality of the move and needless to say it is nothing short or amazing! Nellie (Sorry if i misspelled) did a perfect job and helped me through the entire process from paperwork and payments to moving in ad arranging every last detail. This is the best place in Nashville I've lived with it being super safe, near the highway, and 5-10 minutes from every restaurant, bar, grocery store, etc. you could possibly imagine. Staff is pleasant, security is great, and the maintenance team is there top fix things within hours of a request, night and day difference from the previous locations I have lived at. Shout out to Mike as well for always fixing things in a timely matter and always being super nice! Overall, would recommend moving here, it's a 10/10

  This is one of the best managed and safest apartment complexes in West Nashville. The apartments are in great condition, most residents are very nice, and the commute to Vanderbilt is ideal, only about 15 minutes. Nellie, Kaytlyn, and Mike are truly amazing people, always kind, professional, and helpful. We read through the reviews before moving here, and after living here, I would like to point out that many of the negative reviews are simply not fair. Roach infestation: This is mostly a personal housekeeping issue. As long as you keep your apartment clean and don’t leave food on the floor, you shouldn’t have a problem. This is the South, where roaches naturally exist in a hot, humid climate. Gate always broken & speed bumps: This is not management’s fault. If the gate is broken that’s because someone just can’t wait five seconds for the gate to fully open and hit the gate. I personally saw a pickup truck almost hit the gate right in front of me. It’s a good thing we have that many speed bumps. Trash piling up: Some residents are either too lazy to open the dumpster door and leave their trash on the ground expecting others to clean up after them, or they throw away items that are obviously too large and end up blocking the dumpster opening. But the management is quick at cleaning everything up. Dog poop: I have occasionally seen dog poop around the property, but never on the sidewalks, and not to the point where it has bothered me. Most dog owners here are very responsible. Keep in mind that this is something you’ll likely encounter at any dog-friendly apartment complex. Overall, we’re very happy living here. We hope the current management team stays and continues enforcing the community rules to keep this a great place to live.

  Stopped by TLB out of curiosity while in the area. Although I didn't have an appointment or move-in plans, I was given an excellent tour by Taylor who went above and beyond. If you're looking for a very nice apartment rental in West Nashville, this is worthy of a look. Taylor will take care of ya!

  Absolutely love this apartment. I just resigned my lease because of the wonderful people. All the maintenance people are great and kind. Shoutout to Mike who came quickly in my time of need! Highly recommend!

  Mike M got my bathroom fan running and balanced the legs on the washing machine shortly after my work request was submitted. Nice guy too!
