I recently toured The Guthrie in Nashville with Abigail (she was great) and overall, I really liked the property. I definitely haven’t ruled out living there, as there were a lot of things I liked about the community. A few things did stand out to me during the tour. The hallway carpeting appeared to be in need of a professional deep cleaning, and each floor seemed to have a noticeably different smell. I think the community would really benefit from replacing the hallway carpet with vinyl flooring. It would give the property a fresher, cleaner feel and would likely be easier to maintain long-term. Inside the units, I also noticed that the HVAC return vents had what appeared to be significant dust buildup. That made me wonder about the consistency of routine HVAC cleaning and maintenance. That said, these concerns haven’t completely changed my opinion of the property. I liked the units, the overall community, and what The Guthrie has to offer. I’m still considering it and would definitely be interested in seeing how some of these maintenance and cleanliness items are addressed.

Hannah McGeshick led us through the whole process and delivered a great move-in experience. We really appreciate everything she's done for us.

I lived at the Guthrie for 2 years and waited until I moved out to write a review: I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care throughout my time there. The staff was always available, and helpful. 1- I was charged a fee for my dog using the balcony and tried to negotiate it, but even though I ended up paying it, every email was answered and the situation was handled really well. 2- I submitted a resident survey and got a call the next day to address the issues I raised, which I really appreciated. 3- My move-out experience was nothing less than ideal. They took the time to go over my options, showed me what needed to be fixed before vacating, and charged me a reasonable amount which I think was more than fair.

I highly recommend living here. Everything is well kept. The customer service from Sophie and the leasing office made the process as seamless as possible, they truly care about the tenants.
