  We’ve been here a month now and I regret moving here. Nothing except 2 emergencies have been fixed. I call and go inside the office everyday and they just say they’ll get someone to come out but never communicate with maintenance. The maintenance guys are very kind, helpful, and actually want to solve these issues but everything has to go through the office so nothing has been done. Our AC went out three times. Our new washer dryer made holes in the floor and flooded 7 times. It’s been a month and we still cannot use our washer dryer. The trim on all the doorframes are cracked and peeling up. There’s holes in the walls and floors. Our bathroom vent has still not been put on. There’s water damage on all the baseboards. They were supposed to paint our closet door a month ago. There’s paint all over the floors. We had to duct tape the porch door because there’s a huge crack letting in air and bugs. Half of the outlets do not work. We still don’t have a mailbox key or pool key. This has been a nightmare. I understand it’s a cheap place and you pay for what you get but I’m paying for things to not even work. Listen to reviews and DO NOT MOVE HERE.

  0/10 stars. I recently moved out of The Grove Brentwood Apartments, and I can honestly say it was one of the most frustrating living experiences I’ve had. From the day I moved in, there were roach issues that never seemed to be fully resolved despite multiple complaints. The front office was extremely difficult to communicate with phone calls often went unanswered, messages weren’t returned, and getting updates on anything was nearly impossible. To make matters worse, I never received the key access needed to use amenities like the pool and gym, meaning I paid for facilities I couldn’t even access. The property grounds and landscaping are poorly maintained and often look neglected, which takes away from any sense of pride in the community. Maintenance was another major issue. Several requests submitted after move-in were marked as “completed” even though the problems had not actually been fixed. Having to repeatedly follow up on unresolved issues became exhausting. The neighbors were also frequently loud and inconsiderate, and management did little to address concerns about the community environment. Overall, between the pest problems, lack of communication, inaccessible amenities, neglected property appearance, and unresolved maintenance issues, living here was a constant headache. I would not recommend The Grove Brentwood Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, responsive, or comfortable place to live.
