The property is kept clean and well manicured, maintenance requests are being handled properly, staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. They are currently upgrading vacant units with updated appliances, etc. Bravo to the new owners, Ms. Danielle and staff for turning around this property and making sure we have a clean, safe community to live in.

Was instantly met with many warm and caring folks as soon as I stepped into the leasing office, and felt like I was meeting with old friends. I was able to tour with Meg Smith and she did a great job of showing me the facilities, helped me get all the move-in info I needed, and even went above and beyond to find a spot that would be a great fit for my needs! I also got to meet Danielle and she was very personable as well. Overall a very nice establishment with great hospitality and services. For anyone looking for a great community with a good location and amenities, this is an absolute gem.

I recently had an issue in my unit and was very upset when I went into the office but the property manager took the time to listen and reassured me the issue would be resolved and it was in a timely manner.
