  Hace dos años llegué acá y al inicio me gustó pero con el tiempo comenzó la pesadilla de vivir acá, el aire se arruina a cada poco y tengo que sufrir por el calor y más por las noches que se supone que uno debe descansar, aparte el aire saca una suciedad negra como carbón y ensucia mis pertenencias, según de la oficina vienen a arreglarlo pero queda igual y a cada poco no enfría y hace mucho calor, aparte de todo el sucio que expulsa y tengo que estar haciendo limpieza profunda a cada poco y eso es hostigoso ya que no se puede tener paz ni tranquilidad, pésimo servicio para las personas que ir alquilamos acá! Eh perdido varias pertenencias por la suciedad ya que al manchar ya no se le va el sucio negro como carbón, y tengo mucho más por expresar pero acá les dejo mi comentario y no les recomiendo vivir acá por más económico que sea!

  I would give no stars, we walk in the office and the lady’s didn’t even bother to talk to us … there was coffee stains on the wall trash over full smh how could they allow this smh a lady told us she has mold in her apartment and roaches everywhere no parking MANAGER DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING THAT GOES ON IN THE APARTMENTS

  Comfort, understanding, good neighbors, cleanliness in common areas and security, especially SECURITY, all of that is what you WON'T find renting at The Brentwood. There are advertisements claiming that security cameras are provided, but in reality, they are not. I have been a victim of vandalism three times, and in none of those instances did the management take responsibility; instead, they offer absurd excuses for failing to install security cameras. The laundry area looks like a war zone; the neighbors who use it seem like savages. There is no control over how many people live per apartment; I have seen as many as nine people living in a single unit, this creates chaos in the parking lot, and the cost of water and sewer is disproportionate. Leaky roofs, cockroaches, drunken people, etc..... $1,400 a month to live here is very, very, VERY EXPENSIVE
