- EMesme madalin4 days ago3.0Lived here 3 years. It was decent and our work orders always got done. Only problem was constant shootings outside, police, and firefighters. Its Antioch so its kind of a given. There were also roaches. But the actual place was spacious and had a good layout. They also increase rent $100 every year so by the end we were paying a high price where you could get a better place somewhere else. Then they tell you they will leave the rent the same without increasing when you move out, but by then we had already signed somewhere else. The gym is HUGE and the lake nearby is a nice plus.

They always come and say they're fixing it, but it's a complete lie; they do nothing. The worst and most terrible place to rent in Nashville. Stay away; think twice before renting here. Stay away from this place; you'll have headaches with the lease.
