  I walked in yesterday and Nehemiah was great, now I am leasing this apartment. He was very ongoing and fun to tour with. The patience he has shown me is amazing. I can’t wait to move in. The apartment is cute and big. The parking is very clean. Thank you Nehemiah

  I toured last week with Chanity. She was very friendly and sounds like she has alot of knowledge about the community. The apartment was a nice size for the price.

  As i was preparing to move out, my new apartment moved the move in date and Maggie Thigpin the Assistant Community Manager was able ti provide great assistance and prevented the additional stress of miving.

  Charity and Rev have been great to me here my years at the Annaline . They have both helped me to move into my First apartment here and transfer to another unit with ease. These ladies are the best!!!!

  If anybody is looking to move don’t come to the north side the parking is terrible, already complained about it they don’t care, if we had designated parking spots per apartment it might help but they don’t think it’s necessary, also it’s a roach infestation in our unit 26, the people who lived infront of us had literally 8-9 people in a two bed room and left trash on their door everyday racoons came and left trash everywhere and roaches popped out more, when they moved they started popping up way more in the unit, the pest control worker told me only two other people in our building gets sprayed so the bugs will always be here it’s disgusting! It was super infested also because they had workers come and pick up their carpet and even they had to wear mask and take breaks in between going inside because of how nasty it was when they took the floor up you could visibly see multiple roaches running on the concrete, the water bill will sky rocket every month making rent exceed not worth for what I pay at all I will not be renewing my lease. Also the gym is still closed has been 4 months because of a “flood” one of the main reason we moved over here. Only good thing I can say about this place is their maintenance team, they all are very friendly and helpful but other than that don’t come here Also forgot to add it’s always shootings over here which they can’t control but just for safety measures if you have a family or baby I wouldn’t recommend I’ve been here 6 months now and I can count a total of 3 shootings have happened within this time near by very close I’ve even talked to maintenance about it they’ve heard it
